It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Karelia Alpine Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. In case of a lockdown, one of the following refunds is offered by the property: Refund of 50% of paid accommodation fees or Full credit for your next stay less $250 administration fees /room. We offer no refund nor accommodation credit if you cancel the accommodation due to required isolation or quarantine. We strongly recommend that you purchase the appropriate travel insurance.
