Great
Clean, well-maintained hotel (looks new), very diverse breakfast, lots of fruits. All environments are pleasant and clean.
Very polite and friendly employees.
The only problem is the neighborhood, which are very busy bars and on a Tuesday there was live music, football the next day, etc.

The Coffee is 5
But parking is 2.
The hotel is good, but it's really a shame to arrive tired from your trip and have to take your suitcases up the stairs because the elevator doesn't go to the garage…. ☹️
Although there is an elevator that goes down to the basement, it is disabled and access to the garage is via stairs.
ZERO accessibility!!!

Surprised
I already knew the other Mogano hotels in Chapecó,
In Business it was the first time...
And pleasantly surprised
The reception was very friendly, especially taking care to ask guests if they prefer a room at the back or at the front (avenue) because of the noise from the bars at night.
We chose a luxury suite and the room is great, it even smells like new furniture... I believe it is recently renovated, as well as having a great bed and pillows.
The breakfast was very complete, but I suggest adding some sweet options, as there were only 2 pieces of cake.
Closed garage, good service, comfortable room and well located.
We love it!

Be aware, that on Sunday there is a bar across the street which plays absurdly loud music until 2 am. And the hotel doesn't seem to be bothered by this.
So if you like to sleep earlier than 2 am, don't stay here.
