Por trabajo 3 noches
Llegamos cerca de las 10:00 PM, muchísimo frio en la calle, en el interior del Hostal, estufa a leña, "muy cálido", al igual que nuestra habitación con calefacción eléctrica. Cristian (dueño), nos recibió y ofreció café, aunque era muy tarde, lo agradecemos. Muy buenas las camas, el desayuno con manjar, mermelada, mantequilla, huevos, fue distinto todos los días, nos encanto. La ducha, agua caliente, toallas limpias todos los días. Lo que falte ellos lo solucionan de inmediato. El día jueves en la tarde nos recibieron con once y en la factura final no la cobraron, nos pareció una gentileza ya que el valor solo incluía el desayuno. Ideal para dormir después de un día de trabajo, silencio, acogedor, lo mas importante "no pasamos frio" y muy limpio.

Bad experience
lousy experience..never go to this hostel crap..we arrived wet and cold.we just wanted to dry and drink something hot.the first thing I did was plug my personal.hairdryer and jump the..automatic..immediately came the warning that you could not overload the network there started already..bad..
transferi two nights 80000 en.total heating al.minimo hopefully to spend 1/2 wat...
I went with my half-liter thermos to fill it with boiled water for a hot drink.
I asked them to come to see the heating nobody came..we were still frozen
We are two adults over 60
Nobody wrote to him that we were leaving the room and they transferred me back.

the owner's ordinariness replied in an idem way that we had used the facilities everywhere taking out hot water and that we wanted to go further with refund and also we had to wait three or more hours for them to return because they had left.. I told her that we would pay.
half a liter of boiled water and 30 minutes of the use of an ampoule and that didn't add up to 40000 .that night was the terror cold.intense .. we slept with the parkas on .al.day sgte zero hot water to bathe
We went to our event without bathing
.nobody was ever anybody registered us and worst of all nobody took over
But if they show up to collect a service that's the worst I've ever lived
They don't have private parking.. it's an alleyway where anyone comes in so more on top. we had to lower everything and take equal risks
They obviously don't cast a ballot either.
Fortunately we found a half price cabin with fireplace electric heating hot water super clean and even with scaldasono...
If you do not know how to treat the passengers who leave you the lukas I assure you that more and more will have less. passengers

There are many more alternatives in squealing..but this is the..worst

PESIMO SERVICIO UNA DUEÑA GABY SE LLAMA SUPER ORDINARIA NO VAYAN NUNCA A QUEDARSE SE AHORRARAN EL PESIMO RATO
El servicio es pésimo la dueña súper ordinaria.no entrega soluciones te insulta
Todo parte por qué hice una reserva en Booking aplicación que la dueña Gaby no tiene idea como ocupar la
Hice la reserva de Booking por 54,15 dólares era una habitación de 3 camas y una cama de de dos plaza cosa que nunca fue por qué me pasó una pieza con una cama de 2 plaza y por esa pieza me está cobran 64 dólares que más encima venia una sola toalla luego de hablar con el esposo a quien le dije que no era lo que había reservado me dijo que me lo dejaría en 54 dólares luego de eso hice el depósito a la respectiva cuenta datos que el me dió y me llama diciendo que el depósito no está hecho por lo que rectifico que todo los datos estaban bien. En toda esta reserva había desayuno incluído me había dado las especificaciones de a qué hora empezaba yo le había informado que saldría temprano por lo que llegó a tomar desayuno y no había nada en el comedor comienzo a llamar a la dueña y no contesta le envío msj nada hasta que aparece ella molesta insultando me diciendo que no era culpa de ella que no hubiera desayuno y era ella la dueña salimos súper molesto con mi pareja por qué de verdad de todos los hoteles y hostales en los que he estado este a Sido la peor experiencia por todo el mal rato que te hacen pasar por cuánto cobran y lo que entregan me he quedado en hostales mucho mejor y por precio mas económico
Hasta hostal ordinaria no le pondría ninguna estrella y si de verdad quiere quedar se en chillan le recomiendo que busque otro lugar donde poder quedar se y así no paguen por un malísimo rato y con una dueña súper ordinaria y chanta le recomiendo a la dueña que aprenda a ocupar Booking y adquiera conocimiento de servido de hostelería Por que no tiene idea

Pésima experiencia
El lugar es de lo peor. Mucho ruido de los mismos pasajeros en la noche, riéndose fuerte y tomando alcohol en el espacio común del recinto. Le comunicamos vía WhatsApp a la encargada que había mucho ruido y su solución fue reenviarle nuestros mensajes a los pasajeros para que bajaran los decibeles. Antes esto ellos no encontraron nada mejor que aumentar el bullicio y tomar una actitud intimidante, diciendo que saliéramos a decirles que se callaran. Después de eso la encargada nos dijo que la dejáramos tranquila y que no la molestáramos, que si estábamos incómodos nos fuéramos del lugar. Eso a las 01:00 de la madrugada.
El desayuno te lo dejan servido en la
Cocina para que uno se atienda y a la suerte con lo que te toca, que básicamente es lo que te dejaron los pasajeros que tomaron desayuno antes que uno. Nosotros éramos 5 y quedaban dos salames y una lámina de queso sin refrigerar. La cocina asquerosa, llena de moscas, la loza y el servicio para el desayuno sucio con restos de comida, el basurero repleto de basura dentro de la cocina. Los artefactos todos sucios con comida pegada.
Realmente asqueroso.
Sumado a eso, pésima señal de Internet y el agua fría de la ducha y la piscina que parecía un pantano.

Una real porqueria
No reserven nunca en este sitio, desde el minuto 1 total burla luego de haber reservado con una semana de anticipación viajamos el dia planificado por 5 horas llegando a las 11am y al llegar al lugar la chica de limpieza indica que no hay habitaciones disponible y que el dueño del lugar se encuentra durmiendo por lo que no puede recibirnos, que regresemos a las 17hrs para ver si hay disponibilidad.
