The Hilton hotel is a very busy hotel, but they have relatively good service. Check in was efficient and I could go to my room even though I checked in before 1pm. So thank you for that, when I went to my room there was a bad sewer smell in the hall, but housekeeping got an air purifier installed in The hallway and that smell was gone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean, bed soft and view lovely.
The hotel is a little off from the main attractions of Qilou old street/ century bridge but a short didi ride brought me to those locations in no time.
Breakfast was delicious but had a small variety. The breakfast time is very busy make sure to check the little note at the front desk, I didn’t see it and went at the busiest time of breakfast rush.
I had a nice stay here only thing to complain about is, the hand wash/ lotion is placed so far away from the sink, I had to squeeze myself between the tub to go and get some after a shower.

The checkout process was excessively protracted. The hotel had only one staff member at the front desk at 7:00 AM, which is unacceptable for such a large establishment. While the rest of the hotel was satisfactory, the inconvenience caused by the last day is evident. Our flight is scheduled for 10:00 AM, necessitating our departure from the hotel at 7:00 AM. Despite our request to have breakfast prepared the day prior, it was unfortunately forgotten.
The other amenities were satisfactory, but the last day’s experience has tarnished the overall impression.

No Wi-Fi

Extremely disappointed with this hotel it’s very beautiful but if you want to use Wi-Fi for work for connecting with people even to order a taxi, forget it whatever floor I go the ground floor the lobby, my bedroom executive lounge. I have been numerous times to reception. nothing if you speak English, there is only two English channels on the TV so with no Wi-Fi and nothing to watch you go crazylocation is OK. There’s a few shops and restaurants around it. The swimming pool is only 3 feet deep I would say one percent of the staff speak English overall I would not return and not only anything for western people with food. Sorry to say, but no, I will not be back.
