A haven of peace
The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by the forest, along the river. It is easy to access and is very well heated, wood. The elevator is convenient for mounting suitcases. We slept well, quietly, after the bustle of the day. Peaceful and rejuvenating place. We will be happy to come back to that.

Fantastic Hotel in La Fischutte
It has been an unforgettable holiday in which we have enjoyed the splendid landscapes of Alsace and its charming corners,
I must highlight the sympathy and good work of all the staff of the Hotel, who have made us feel at home.
The restaurant, with its magnificent dishes made according to traditional recipes of the place, its desserts and its wines have made this gastronomic experience, has been a real pleasure for the palate.
We recommend it in every way.

Perfect.
Quiet and very welcoming staff.
The restaurant completes this place with a beautiful menu and delicious cuisine.
I recommend this place without hesitation for people passing through but also people wanting to calm down a few days

Nous accusons réception de votre commentaire et prenons note de votre avis pour la partie restaurant et partie hôtel, nous pouvons comprendre que nos chambres ne sont pas à votre goût.
Notre hôtel n'était pas presque vide comme vous le prétendez, comment pouvez juger et écrire une telle affirmation, êtes-vous dans la gestion des réservations ? Nos chambres "confort" sont les plus petites chambres que nous disposons, les lits sont en effet des lits de 140x190, l'espace de la chambre ne nous permet pas de mettre un lit plus grand. Cependant au vu de la politique commerciale de ces coffrets cadeaux, nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de faire de surclassement et il me semble que seules les équipes d'un établissement peuvent prendre cette décision, et non le client.
Je suis la gérante de l'établissement, je ne comprends pas votre réflexion à mon sujet, alors que je ne me suis occupée de vous. Merci de vous renseigner avant de faire un commentaire nominatif. Je vais faire le point avec mon équipe afin d'améliorer la relation client.
Petite précision, vous n'avez pas fait état de votre insatisfaction sur place, ni pendant le séjour, ni à votre départ.
Enfin, à la prise de réservation téléphonique, sur votre demande, nous vous avons informé du prix de supplément de catégorie de chambre (pour ce coffret), tarif du supplément semaine et week-end vous ont été communiqué.
Vous avez peut-être oublié, mais je vous rappelle également que votre réservation initiale était enregistrée pour le mois de mai, à votre demande vous avez souhaité modifier votre réservation pour le mois d'août, modification que nous avons accepté sans condition et sans surcoût. Voilà qui est déjà un geste commercial avant même que vous soyez arrivé.
