Super nice small hotel/Excellent location

This was a sweet little boutique hotel. A great place for someone new to Greece to land or as a starting point for their vacation. The accommodations are modern and clean. You’ll love the rain shower. Try to get a room with a balcony. They’re small but it’s nice to sit outside. The hotel was cool but that’s not why I gave it five stars. It’s the staff!!! Dimitra runs the front desk and she was invaluable. She was a wealth of information. My trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. A delight to work with and she can get you anywhere you want to be. From excursions to taxis. Where to eat and what to see. She made my first time in Greece so trouble and worry free. And I was nervous since it was my first time. Lola is head of cleaning and man my room was clean!!! And she is so sweet!!! I actually felt bad because I was asking Dimitra so many questions. She assured me it was ok and not to worry. It was super easy to communicate with her on WhatsApp. The location is perfect in my opinion. Super close to everything including the beaches. But situated just right so you’re not to deep into hustle and bustle. On Saturdays the street mkt opens right on the little road in front of the hotel. It’s fn amazing!!! Best fruit, vegetables, olives, and food you’ll ever find. I bought a lot of fruit for my room. Garden fresh and simply incredible. You must wear comfy, sturdy shoes!!! The cobblestone roads and walkways are very uneven. Bring your sandals for the beach. I recommend you try to reach out directly to Dimitra for booking. I will be back next year. I’m already working with Dimitra for another stay. Tell Dimitra Erik sent you. lol.

Stayed for 4 nights, originally booked for just myself so was okay with it being compact. My mom ended up joining me and despite our specific room being close quarters, it worked perfectly for us. The staff were incredible, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was extra coffee and tea for the morning, water, beach umbrellas, taxi arrangements and overall recommendations for the area. Their hospitality was spectacular and the room was way better than we anticipated

Just couldn’t get there

Really wanted to stay here but I was unable to reach anyone from the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to inquire more of their payment methods and booking conditions when booking direct.
Too bad, rooms and facilities looked great and clean but it’s OK – Domes Zeen calling me instead.

Fabulous place to stay in old Town Chania

The Ethos Suites are in a fabulous location in the old town. The rooms are fabulous very clean comfy bed and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Although we had to climb three flights of stairs it was worth it. Dimitra the lovely receptionist arranged for the boss to come over to take our suitcases upstairs as we would have struggled. Dimitra was so helpful and very caring. She arranged a trip for us to Alfonisi beach which we really enjoyed. The old town Venetian Harbour is within 5 minutes from the property with its lovely restaurants and little alleys to explore. We will definitely be back and we can highly recommend the Ethos Suites.

Excellent

Excellent communication with the host. Ideally located a few minutes from the city center. Comfortable and modern room. Access to streaming with TV. Parking space in front. Excellent value for money. Just noisy on weekends at night.
