完美!
我感到遗憾的是我们住在如此短的关系是因为我们有一个美好的时光。 主人很可爱,而且真的很友好周到。 我们到达的时候房间一尘不染,宽敞舒适,早餐很美味和丰富的当地产品真的做的。 房子的周围有很多的设施可用花园所以你可以度过一个放松的晚上一杯红酒欣赏风景。 这个度假村位于一个偏僻的地方,我们很喜欢,在一个安静的,森林面积。 我们非常喜欢酒店的整个经历。

Relaxing place
Very nice place, far from any other neighbour but close enough to intresting excurses. Rooms clean and air conditioned - or you stay in one of the safary tents which are also clean! Nice service and very delicious breakfast from local farmers. Also good for longer stay to relax.

Csodálatos elhelyezkedés, nyugodttság és persze az elmaradhatatlan szarvasbőgés. A szobák tiszták és nagyon szépen berendezetettek, Niki a tulajdonos pedig szuper házigazda. 2 napot voltunk, de nagyon szívesen maradtunk volna még.

Lovely location but needs more attention
The location of this hotel is truly breathtaking and unique in Hungary. We did enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounding us day and night. The rooms are nice, albeit small, a little one (we had a 1 year old with us) gets bored and wants to go outside after a few minutes. We missed meeting the owners (to whom we had contact via phone calls before), I am not sure if this was a rare occasion or they are away frequently. The lady who had greeted us in a friendly way did everything for us, although she seemed to be very busy. Our daughter took pleasure in the trampoline, which was huge indeed, but nobody took notice of some alterations in the structure after a storm. We had to “repair” it so that our daughter could use it again. The slides within the sand box were worn-out (not slippery anymore) and there were some broken toys lying around. We loved the selection of local meat and bread for breakfast, however we missed fruits (it’s hard to imagine there is nothing local) and sweet bakery products – to taste the marmalade offered. The coffee was capsule coffee – I suggest investment in a proper coffee machine. We missed the daily cleaning of our room (not even the trash full of diapers was taken out). I believe it’s fair enough to have such expectations from a place that takes pride in calling itself „resort” and charges prices over the average. All in all I felt like the whole resort was derelict and there was no person in charge there when nobody was checking in / having breakfast e.g I would have liked to learn more about the family winery and tasted the wine but there was nobody to ask. The staff we met were nice and friendly, but the place clearly needs more of them!

Dear Adrienn! Thank you very much for your honest review, it helps a lot in bringing our attention to issues which need attention and improvement! I am writing to you on behalf of our family as the owner. First of all we are very sorry that we could not meet personally. Normally we are here and serving, assisting our guests "365 days" a year, this year we made a choice to go away with our childern for a family vacation in high-season for a week, because seeing the epidemic situation this may be impossible in the coming months... We made this choice, and we know, by this we could not present the personal hospitality for which most of our guest return to us. Of course we know that 3 employees even with their outmost efforts cannot give the same kind of attention as an owner. Year by year we make enormous investments in off season to broaden or renew our services. This spring we have finished our new apartments, and garden, established new parking lots, esatblishe our deer-farm. New improvements will begin again in September. You are absolutely right that the playground needs attention, and we are installing new toys, changing old ones in the coming days. We are installing new solar panels next week, we are placing new fences on the balconies, repaintings etc. As a reply to daily cleaning, we tell our guests upon arrival, that for short stays we don't invade their privacy daily, but we ask them to let us know this need by a door-knob sign. Maybe our colleague did not clarify this in the proper way, and we apologize for this. All in all, I am sure if we could have been present, your feeling of "derelict" could have been different. A nice place with a wonderful host
Palos Resort is a small and beautiful Hotel in a very quiet area it is surrounded with gardens rooms are spacious and clean the breakfast is very good and very tasty I was sorry that we had stay there only for 3 days. Thomas and Nikki are great host they will do there best to make your stay a perfect one .
