现在我坐在酒吧/餐厅的暖房里现在还没有问过了将近一个小时的人如果我想要一个菜单或喝一杯。
我遇到过的最差的服务
房间很漂亮,卫生间有点过时但是非常实用和庭院都很棒
只是服务绝对是残酷的

Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to the Glenview Hotel.
I am shocked by your comment regarding the poor service received in the Conservatory Bistro. On further investigation I have been advised that you were seated in the bar having a drink while you were using your laptop. After a while you were approached by the Manager who asked if you would like to order food. When you refused the Manager suggested removing the menu from the table so that you would not be disturbed by another member of staff offering same. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding which led you to believe that you were being ignored.
On a positive note I am pleased to hear you were happy with your accommodation and you found our grounds amazing.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Glenview Hotel on a future occasion when it will be my pleasure to personally oversee your stay and ensure that your future impression is much more positive.

隐藏的珍宝!
我们去了一个3晚的套餐包括的是x 2&3&晚餐。 到达的时候我们被分配的房间很小但是当我们问能不能得到一个更大的房间,接待员judy帮我们搞定了没有任何问题。 她也非常出色而且我们还想感谢她让我们的假期从开始就有这么美好的经历。 我们有两个早上吃早餐要排队但不是餐馆的错就是有很多人决定在早餐吃的很晚! 酒店的餐厅是一个不错的大小有美丽的风景和有足够的食物和选择。 年轻的工作人员学习和做自己的事情,说一些,很高兴在夏天工作。 很明显这是酒店给的很多当地的就业。 而不是酒吧里的餐厅在晚上的时候我们发现这里也值得。 5每晚额外的在酒店的餐厅吃饭。 这里的食物非常美味,尤其是在周一晚上的时候。 我从来没有吃过那么好的东西我的开胃菜与山羊奶酪! 真的很美味! 在这里我们发现这里的员工和我们得到了很好的关注和有时比我们住过的大多数酒店。 而老公喜欢一杯拿铁和读报纸（他的手机上做交易! ）。 我很喜欢这里的游泳池, jazcuzzi ,桑拿和室外热水浴缸。 虽然我们没有孩子和我们在一起,我看到我的孩子似乎每个酒店住得很开心。 格林豪泰潍坊火车站只有几分钟的车程。 我们看到了美丽的景色同时通过sally的间隙,面包山和格兰达洛。 我们去休闲游, 7天深圳市区, Eniskerry和其他的小镇有很短的车程内所有酒店。 绝对值得一住3晚。 我们强烈推荐这家酒店。 我们非常惊喜地发现所有一切!

我们住的是海酒店的最后一晚。 我们的房间是我住过的最小的房间,我们几乎都需要权限规划挂上了烫衣板! 匹配的浴室,也很小。 我们在酒吧吃饭,这不是一次很棒的经历,这里的食物很一般但是服务还有很多需要改进的地方,这里的员工都非常友好但是我们4人为我们服务! 都是非常的繁琐,所有服务器的所有章节人提供服务,这就意味着我们都被留下来等待我们的食物和饮料,而且也没有值班经理/主管。 我们吃了开胃菜和甜点,甜点都是带汤的勺子和刀? 相当令人失望的一次。

太让人失望了
伦敦眼和陆地上的花园和酒店很漂亮但是在细节非常差的食物和饮料都很令人失望的是酒店的价格比海翻新房间里面需要有一个好的酒吧里的吉尼斯黒啤酒是我这辈子吃过的早餐盘子很凉@12欧元和有弹性的这是一个遗憾的是服务因为它是一个可爱的令人放松的地方

It is unfortunate that you did not mention it to a staff member on the day as we take complaints very seriously, and investigate issues immediately should they arise.
The quality of our food is very important to us, and our ingredients are all sourced locally where possible and as a result we have built up a very good reputation for dining in the area.
I am pleased to advise that we are currently upgrading all our rooms. A number of which have been completed already. Your feedback is very useful with this process.
