A pearl in Bolzano
The house was recently renovated, and it shows: the apartments are all modern and very smart: huge TV with connection, lights with dimmer, electric shutters, air conditioning, induction hobs, password access for both entrances and elevator, both for the apartments, separate waste collection and many other details.
The apartments are large and bright, and the kitchen is small, but equipped (kettle, fridge, dishwasher with tablets, coffee machine...even sponge and dishwashing liquid!).
The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of towels and bathrobes.
The location is quiet, yet 15 minutes walk from the center, and one minute from the bus stop. There is also the possibility of parking, internal or for a fee. Furthermore, electric bikes are available. A beautiful garden and a terrace overlooking the mountains and the city complete the picture.
The owner is incredibly kind: always attentive to every request and available.
Highly recommended, both as a base for excursions in the nearby areas (half an hour from Ortisei, for example!), both for work and for visiting the city.

Not worth spending all this money on
On the surface it seems a nice place but in reality they are very disorganized. You have to pay for the parking because there is none. Photo with breakfast but you can not make any breakfast. The access codes do not work and there is no service included also because in the street where it is located there is absolutely nothing.

Le facciamo presente che il parcheggio è pubblicato su tutti i portali come a pagamento. negli appartamenti è a disposizione un mini bar, la colazione non è offerta. il sistema di accessi è in funzione dall'estate 2023 e permette agli ospiti di accedere senza chiavi in autonomia e tutelando la privacy.

infine ci dispiace non abbia apprezzato la nostra posizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Bolzano e dal parco del torrente Talvera.
Facciamo però tesoro di quanto segnalato, per intervenire e migliorare, affinché tutti i nostri ospiti possano trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno al Wellness Smart Suite di Bolzano. Ci farebbe molto piacere averla nuovamente tra i nostri ospiti, per questo speriamo di rivederla presto.

They present well but then it is a crazy disappointment. Parking aside (it is hard to find this detail), Spa aside, you see the models having breakfast, but when ever! You want to eat, you make do. Then if they pull too hard, book and pay online, they force you to check in online otherwise you don't have the access code, even if they were in New York! Then we ended up practically underground, other than basement. A gigantic living room with a table for 10 people (??), a kitchen that not even Masterchef have, on the other hand a tiny blind bathroom where there is not even room to put a toothbrush and the top the bedroom. A hole with thrown there a bed where you could only fit on one side. The other has to climb from the foot side to big cats. But can you?? In my opinion it is not even in order because immediately behind the door there are 2 steps and if you are not careful you also get hurt.

The POOL and SPA it's Shared with other people. Use of the POOL is from 3:00 to 7:00 PM by booking the STUDIO DELUXE ONLY (minimum stay 3 days) and the SPA from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and costs 25€/ for 2 people/day (minimum stay 1 day). The Rooftop is open during the day and close in the evening.
