GOOD !

Clean, friendly and practical hotel. affordable prices.
Small negative points, The hotel is located far from the city and the center of Rome, and the rooms are not very well soundproofed. But hey for one night and a last minute reservation we won't complain too much. Above all, we slept well.

Unsafe hotel not in line with booking photos. Don't want to make a refund

I don't recommend it at all. I went with my daughter to tell them that I could not pay because the flight did not give me my bags and there were my cards and I do not accept cancel considering FORCE MAJEURE. I booked 3 nights but would not have stayed for my daughter of 20 years given that when I arrived the facade of the hotel with a giant closed gate and take owner to open because it came from the street and not only that because this hotel on 3 floor, where there is another door totally closed without sight, desolate and insecure. Attend a pakistani and soon after arriving ring long buzzer 3 young pakistanies and lower owner and leave us alone. Go upstairs with the 3 of them and they go down a hallway. Honestly I never lived this in a hotel and I wasn't in my country. I don't like it. And the owner kept my 208 euros without being there even 5 m to warn.

To improve...

I stayed two nights in a single room. It went well but it could be much improved. The structure has great potential but more attention should be paid to the details and the furniture should be renewed. The rooms are quite clean but my room did not correspond to the one in the photo at the time of presentation. It was a surprise...not in a good way. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. The possibility of internal parking is excellent.

Normal

A little outside Rome, but this is written in the address. Anyway, we got there by taxi, for the price of 20 euros (10 per person). To go to the center of Rome you can take a bus that takes you to the metro (about 4 stops). There is a small minimarket and a bar 300/400 meters away from the hotel. Unfortunately, the area is not very popular in the evening, so I always recommend not returning after 10.30pm. The nice entrance, unfortunately without a lift (from what I saw). Rooms not very large but ours was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, one flaw is the lack of a hairdryer which left us a bit 'surprised', fortunately it was a short stay and we didn't need it. In any case, kind to the reception, they are there at any time. For what you pay and considering that it is a hostel, still sufficient.

Meh.

The place is not bad, the rooms small but good enough. The big flaw is the total lack of soundproofing.
I could hear the neighbors talking even if in low voices.
At 8 in the morning in the reception there was already a coming and going of people talking and laughing calmly without paying too much attention to the fact that you can hear everything everywhere, so it ruined our morning a bit.
The beds were extremely noisy, with every slight movement the bed bases made an exaggerated noise.
The staff were friendly, but for the price you can find much better, also considering the distance from the city.
In short, if you want a minimum of privacy this is not the place for you.
