They have a communal area equipped with a microwave and water dispenser. They also have a coffee-bean machine in which you can purchase a cup with 100¥ only! There is a laundry room and an ice maker next to the laundry room. Short walk from kyoto station. If you want to go to Gion area, you will need to take the bus from the bus stop near to the hotel.

Great & Comfortable Stay!

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and it is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Japan thus far. The check-in was smooth, with English-speaking staff assisting in the whole process.
The hotel is well decorated and offered a large common seating area at Level 1 for guests to mingle. There was a laundry room, but do bring along some coins as you’ll need them to kickstart the laundry cycle.
The rooms were spacious where I could open 2 big luggages and not compromise too much on the walking space. Also, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room to find a simple birthday decoration for me, this was such a nice gesture from the hotel! The hotel provided necessary toiletries which you can pick them up at the Reception, and the rooms had clean bedsheets and towels!
As for the location of the hotel, it is a short 5-mins walk away from Kyoto Station. Also, there were shopping malls, small restaurants/eateries and convenience stores all within short walking distance from the hotel.
Overall, my family had a great and rested stay in this hotel!

Room area is larger than usual japan hotel , more area to place the suitcase . Staff is nice. Large common area in lobby for take a rest . Amenities are new

Beautiful hotel and minutes away from the Kyoto station. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. Being close to the metro made it easy to catch trains or buses to your destination. Some restaurants nearby. I tried the Wagyu beef restaurant just next door and it was amazing. Most of the trendy spots are a trip away.
