Excellent hotel . Great hospitality by Ayala and midina
Hotel is excellent. The breakfast is super. The rooms are too good and new, and the staff was very helpful for check-in as well as checkout. I would recommend this to be the first choice for any traveller. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the location is par excellence.

Poor housekeeping at this hotel. They don’t clean anything…. Plates have been left like the way they were left .
Poor house keeping - no cleaning of the room. Plates kept the way they were - tables not cleaned. Haven’t seen a Novotel which has such poor housekeeping like this …. You ask for a towel it takes 5 calls and more than an hour to deliver the stuff ..

Best hotel in Almaty!
My family and I stayed at Novotel Living Almaty and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is brand new, with a modern design and cozy atmosphere. Everything around here is very clean, you can see it's being watched closely. The staff is polite and always available to help.
Separately I want to celebrate breakfast - it is absolutely amazing! Large selection of fresh and delicious dishes, ranging from traditional breakfasts to healthy and dietary options. Every day started with pleasure.
The overall impression is at the top! Excellent choice for a comfortable holiday in Almaty, we will definitely come back again!

We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo).
The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort.
