The hotel is located within the scenic area, please note that you'll be asked to pay the park fee. Please contact the property in advance. The name of the guest checking in must be the same as the guest name on the booking. Please ensure that the number of guests complies with the booking. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated in the confirmation form, the resort reserves the right to request payment for the additional guests, including children. The hotel provides boat pick-up service 3 times per day at 12:30; 16:30; 22:00 from Jesselton Jetty to the hotel. Drop off from hotel to Jetty will be once per day at 11:00. Advisable to be at the Jesselton Point Pier at least 30 minutes before boat departure time. Any other time, private charter boat rate shall apply. CHARTER BOAT RATES (required advance booking) & Surcharge is applicable for boat charters between 7pm to 7am.
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
