A nightmare...
There were NO guests, only me and my kids!!
The installations looked tired and abandoned, all the inflatables discoloured. The zip lines were rusty and looked unsafe.
The hotel doesn't help you get there, you need to arrange your own transport from the airport to the resort that is 3 hours away... and with traffic times can take longer. travelling through crowded, poor towns.
The lagoon you can't no swim. It was a scary experience. I made arrangements to leave on my third day and go back to Manila.
I do not recommend.
I feel sorry for the people that live there, I waited to give my feedback for them, as they are very nice people. They couldn't speak English, so they couldn't help us to feel safe.

In Need of Proper Upkeep
The resort is also in dire need of proper upkeep. It looked like it had seen better days. The room I stayed in had closet and cabinets with broken hinges and some furniture was so old they needed to be thrown out already.
It's a good thing I brought my own soap and toothpaste because the room only had two tiny soaps and two sets of toothbrush with tiny toothpaste. There was coffeemaker in the room but no coffee grounds. So my friend and I couldn't brew coffee. But there was instant coffee, creamer and sugar in sachets. No kettle though to boil water for the coffee.
Food is served in the room as set meals - you can't choose from a menu, except for snacks. There is buffet breakfast that's served at a separate dining hall. You need to walk uphill to go to the dining area. That's where we had our coffee. If you don't want to walk, there are a couple of jeepneys that roam around inside the resort. They can take you to the dining hall.
Cellphone signal in the resort is very weak - both Globe and Smart. Though I still managed to send and received text messages.
Customer service needs improvement. Some staff aren't even knowledgeable about their process. They offered varied and confusing instructions.

Buffet is not allowed yet, all meals are packed and utensils are disposable. Ride facilities availability is subject to change. In case of heavy rain, defective equipment, etc. Please bring, mask, face shield, alcohol and an umbrella. The Water Station is located in the lobby. Free coffee is for those who have breakfast only.
