I am very happy to stay in this hotel
In the evenings, dancing in the restaurant, so if you are disturbed by the sounds of fun, it is better to look for somewhere else. For me, they were not bothersome :)
Overall, I recommend and greet delightful ladies from service :)

unprofessional customer service!!!!!!
I have lost time and money as I was calling from UK to Poland.
Receptionist was rood and she did not give me the proper tel number to the manager.
What is more, you wait ages until you receive an answer back via e-mail. That is why I decided to give them a call, my biggest mistake!!!!
Hotel Astor (nerby) has got such a better customer service and manners, try there if you wish to stay in Jastrzebia Gora (lovely place). Its 3 star hotel with swimming pool and the prices are similar!!!

decent place by the Baltic
I would stay here again but a heads up to those who are light sleepers.
There is a 24 hour bar across the road and the Music is very loud. Could be a problem for some.
The Hotel at first overcharged me and a couple hours later there was a knock at the door and the Hotel Clerk brought me a refund. Much appreciated.
Some of the Clerks do speak English and everyone is very hospitable. The Hotel itself is a nightclub but noise from downstairs was not a problem. Being a bar i noticed a door or 2 had fist holes in them...plus i think someone got sick in the hallway by my room and the odor was very strong. Carpet Cleaning is needed.
The Hotel Exterior is very nice and clean and lit up nice at night, they also have strobe lights at night......The rooms were clean and comfortable. The internet signal was strong. The Breakfast in the morning was very good. Hotel Parking is inside a gate and this could be an inconvenience if you want to leave around 6:00 am.
You are only about a 5 minute walk down the Hill to the Baltic Sea. There is a bar and a snack bar on the Beach.
