Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;)

One of a kind mountain location looking into the bay! Amazing owners and modern rooms. Scenic views from our balcony were incredible. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my two-day stay at 1 Mountain Road Boutique Bed and Breakfast! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality.
My room was spotless, with comfortable linens and small, thoughtful details. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, which I could watch right from my window. It was a real treat waking up to such a serene setting!
Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of elegance, 1 Mountain Road is perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

What a stunning and picturesque B&B overlooking Fish Hoek!!
Hospitality was amazing and nothing was a trouble.
I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Cape Town!
