CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT
Very comfortable bed.
REFERENCE for WHEN YOU COME BACK.
They let you check out later, no problem.
They have rooms for disabled people.

TOTALLY Negative experience.
I really don't know where to start so many things were wrong.
1. Lack of any kind of service: glasses, water, drinks (ah no they brought them as “courtesy of the hotel” expired for over 1 year and those not expired would have expired in two months), something to make coffee / tea in the morning, typical bath products, ashtrays ... think of anything you expect in a hotel and there was ... at least there was toilet paper ...
2. Old and stained towels completely yellow and with unpleasant smell! when asked to have clean towels we were told that it is difficult to have them because Menorca is an island and that we were assured that they were clean...
3. Safe that does not work!! So all precious things are at risk.
4. Bath, shower, dirty walls, terrace.
5. Cleaners entered the room WITHOUT KNOCKING while my wife was completely unclothed.
6. Clogged sinks.
7. The cute environment with lights in the evening pool area as you see from the pictures is a hoax! Nothing's working.
8. The front door with a code was always open and you never needed the code, so anyone could enter...
With the price they make it is unacceptable all this and really ruins a holiday. Please do not go there because the images you see are deceptive.
