Firstly, thank you for taking a moment to bring your concern to our notice. Whilst extending our apologies for the unpleasant experience you had, we're grateful for this feedback which would help us address certain shortcomings.
We understand the importance of a peaceful & pleasant environment and constantly strive to provide that to our valued patrons. Regrettably, it appears that we have fallen short in that aspect due to a disturbance caused by the nightclub next door.
