Good 3 star hotel. Great staff.

My husband and I were in a group of Swiss retired persons who stayed four nights at this hotel. Although the rooms are dated and our beds made a lot of noise whenever we moved our room was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the kindness, efficiency and pleasantness of all the restaurant and bar staff. All very young, polite and eager to do their best - achieved with great success in my opinion. The food was good. Noting this is a 3 star hotel I was totally satisfied and would return.

We had a great ski holiday

Very friendly and attentive team and a great location for ski in and ski out.
Half board was varied and very tasty, breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. The rooms were simple but large and clean, with new bathrooms.

Perfect location good restaurant

We had a family room which were 2 doubles connected by a bathroom. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and functional. The location is perfect as you can reach the ski lift just skiing down from the hotel. Coming back is a short walk uphill. Breakfast is very good and included salmon and had also warm components. There's a heated room in the cellar where you can leave your skis and boots. We can also recommend the restaurant.

Practical and simple for ski

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can ski out and practically ski in - though you need to figure out how to get back through side slope that gets you within 20 meters of the hotel. The hotel itself didn't provide instructions on how to get there. It has a sauna, and a ski room. The lobby is pretty sleepy. The rooms have a queen bed. i.e. cannot be separated into 2 single beds, which is a bit inconvenient if not travelling as a couple.
Breakfast was very good. Dinner as well, though we chose to eat out most nights.
Service is good when they are there - till 6 PM. After that they provide a number to call, and promise to answer immediately - which they did not.

What a blessing that at New Year‘s Eve we had enough time to wait two hours for the main course

tldr: fondue chinoise was ok, apparently, but the fries and rice arrived only 15 min after the meat was served. my vegan burger had no (!) patty, just some tomato slices and fried eggplant cubes on soggy fries. even the bun was a disgrace.
Unless you are a very bad person, most likely you do not deserve this.
