Great value convenient location Nice breakfast in your room.

Arrived quite late due to delayed arrival at Bristol airport. Emailed twice and tried to call. I needn’t have worried as a nice couple came to let me in and explained everything. Pre order breakfast but arrived in room at time requested. I got what I ordered and it was very tasty. Small room which wasn’t a problem for one night. Separate private bathroom along the corridor which was fine. Plenty of tea etc and great value. Only negative is the traffic noise as on a busy road - but nothing can be done about this I guess.
Would use this guest house again if I needed a stop-over in Weston again.

This was nice and unusual, very friendly lady books you in and explains everything,
they dont have a breakfast room, you order your food as room service, telling what time you want it and what food you want. There is a list in the very clean bedroom and you drop it into a box by the front door.
I was only there one night but thought it was very good.

Overnight stay

Turned up to the B&B and was skeptical at first but when we checked in it was easy enough and we were greated by a lovely lady. There was free parking which allowed us to park the car right out the front of the b&b which gave us a sense of security. The room it self was clean and modern, we were impressed. I think the set out of the room was really good, obviously if a family of 4/5 was to book then this would be the perfect room for them due to the amount of space. There also was like a dining area which i thought was really impressive to have. The only problem is you can hear everything going on around you in this building. On the first morning i was exhausted after travelling 5 hours to the destination the night before, so i went out for some breakfast and came back to my room for a nap. Then at around 10:30am, i was woke up by what seemed to be a speaker blasting music and someone singing along to it. I’m not sure if this was just while someone was cleaning and prepping for new guests arriving and i wouldn’t normally complain but just i think it’s abit inconsiderate to the guests who may be still in there rooms and possibly just having a rest. Please take this into consideration for the future so you do not upset guests by doing this.
Although this was annoying, all in all it was a good stay. We booked for 2 nights but only ended up staying for 1 and headed home early. We didn’t get to try the breakfast here as we went else where. The location is great, it is right near the town centre and also just a couple minute walk away from a tesco supermarket and restaurants near by. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long enough to check places out. I do believe this was worth the money we spent to stay, what more could you want from a B&B. There is breakfast included, a clean room and an en suite.

Lovely Guest house

What a lovely stay we had . Parking great, right outside the guest house,lovely spacious room. Comfortable double bed
Breakfast delivered to your room
And was a delicious full English, but you had a choice from their breakfast menu( just let them know by 9pm the day before) tea & coffee maker in your room bathroom all modern, very clean (looks brand new) definitely will stay again well done to the staff nothing was to much trouble

Great Guest House

We really liked this guest house. Check in was seamless and efficient. Although our room wasn't massive, it had everything we needed in it and was very clean. The decor was modern and the shower was fab! Just a couple of minor things let the room down. These were the blinds, which didn't keep out the morning light and we found the temperature of the room too warm, even though it was March & our radiator appeared to be off. I would imagine it would be too hot to sleep in the room in the summer. Breakfast was very generous, although the hot food looked like it had been under a heat lamp as the eggs were dry & overcooked, but overall there was a good choice and it was nice to have a little table to eat in our room. We were lucky to be able to park outside. All in all we would definitely stay again if coming to Weston super Mare, as The Blakeney it is good value for money and is also within an easy walk of the town and seafront.
