The entire building is digusting. Even in the lobby is smells of cigarette and weed smoke and just hovering dirty smell. All the amenities advertised are broken/out of service. The pool, the gym area, giest laundry room.
The rooms themselves are equally disheveled. My first room had a completly broken A/c unit, disgusting carpet, 1 of the lamps barely worked, 4 of the outlets were damaged; with even one behind the bed having some metal jammed inside the outlet, the dresser was damaged and missing 6/7 of its drawers. On top of that the whole just stunk of a slight body odor smell.
The only thing ok was the bedding and the towels.
I asked to leave early so the man at the desk moved me to a second room on the 2nd floor, it wasnt better.
Carpet still just as dirty and stinking, hallway stinking just the same, A/C just as broken apart, dresser still damaged and falling apart, but this time it had a massive liquid stain. The chair paired with the table in this new room was dirty, tattered, and stained. Not even the bedding was completely clean in this room. There was a stain in the corner of the sheet and somekind of fluid stain on one of the pillowcases.
Overall this hotel is not cared for at all.

There were cockroach’s in our room as soon as we arrived. One of the two twin beds was broken and the shower was not clean or cleaned.

The place was run down and dirty and nothing worked like it should the shower was stuck on the massage setting and the breakfast was 2 choices of cereal and a choice between apples or bananas i was truly disappointed with everything there and the pool was closed for the season even though ot was a inside po

This was an impulse buy. After a week of packing for our cross-country move, our only hotel app filter was hot tub. This room had a hot tub IN IT. I should have spent more time checking reviews.
In Colorado, hot tub rooms are common and lovely. We assumed this would be similar. It was not.
Red flags appeared immediately: a dark, half-constructed parking lot straight out of The Walking Dead. Inside, a man told the night clerk, “I can’t find them, I think they’re gone.” Then three SWAT-dressed men with “Alpha Unit” badges asked, “Want us to stay?” The clerk said no and reassured us, “I’ll be watching the cameras.” Comforting.
But we’re adults, city folk. We got this.
Then, our shoes stuck to the floor. Maybe they just overdid it with the Fabuloso? No phone, no remote, but who needs TV when you have next-door ambiance? Basketball game and crying baby? Perfect.
Later, we were awakened by a woman yelling “Daddy” in a way that suggested…not a family reunion. Walls? Purely decorative. I whispered to my husband, “I’m booking another hotel.”
Our wake-up call was a man loudly processing his breakup. Packing up, we were serenaded by a woman in a nearby room violently emptying her stomach.
At checkout, the night clerk simply said, “I’ll refund your deposit.” No surprise, no questions.
Would we recommend this hotel? If you want an Off-White Lotus story? Absolutely. Just book the hot tub room—it’s pricier, so maybe…less hourly?

Dirty!
The place is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Very outdated and all of the amenities they Supposibly have are “temporarily unavailable”. No pool, no gym, no laundry, and IF there’s actually a breakfast I wouldn’t trust it based on the lack of cleanliness.
