We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy-it seemed to have been updated recently. Not normally a fan of outdoor entrance hotels, but where we were beach front, I got over that quickly. This location was very conveniently located and the service desk was very kind and helpful. Initially booked a single night and decided to stay over. We would absolutely stay here again.

Disappointed
After 15-20 years of staying at this little winter retreat, I am disappointed. We booked a king room and discovered about 7pm the toilet was leaking with each flush. There were also patched holes in the walls. I didn’t want to step in toilet water during the night. When I went to the manager, I felt like she was saying oh well (maintenance would arrive at 8am). The other options were a queen or two doubles. I asked if the queen was a compact room. She basically chuckled no. Well, guess what - it was. I asked for a partial refund and had to reach out to Wyndham because the manager would refund because I didn’t book with her. Then to top things off after my 3 mile walk, I jump in shower teeny one person shower with hot water turned all the way on. I washed my hair but had no more hot water to wash myself. It was only 8:30 am. My favorite winter retreat still has a hot breakfast and afternoon cider by the fireplace, but I expect we won’t be staying anymore. Now I’m waiting on Wyndham customer service.

I was at the property all day and left at 6pm. The lady that you were speaking with is a front desk agent, she is not a manager. She informed me immediately about an issue and as far as I know, she had offered you another room that is bigger with two double beds or a small room with one queen. Unfortunately, we didn't have any other king size beds available that day. The problem was addressed to the maintenance department and it was confirmed that the toilet had a water leak. The toilet is being replaced and fixed. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.

The Property has old world charm with its beautiful lobby and welcoming fire in fireplace. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very nice breakfasts each morning. Our stay was a bit challenging at times as I have some disabilities and there is no elevator and no clear walkway to the beach.

Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The lobby is gorgeous, with the original woodwork from 1939. In this lobby was a cozy fire in the fireplace surrounded by comfortable leather sofas and wingback chairs, which were very enjoyable to relax in at the end of the day.

I loved the hot apple cider so much. The apple cider and the room reminded me of grandma house…felt right at home. Breakfast was good for hotel food. Not the greatest I ever had but pretty close. I love this hotel! The front desk associate was friendly and very helpful. My top favorite hotel!
