Convenient location to Pensacola NAS. The neighborhood was average. Bed was not comfortable but room was clean.

I like that it’s close to the NAS and all the restaurants and stores. And only 30 mins away from the airport.

I wasn’t there a lot, but the room was clean and nice and the breakfast was well done and the people there at the breakfast area were very pleasant and friendly.

It was close my home and N.A.S. IT'S close to some of the questionable areas in Pensacola but overall a nice Hotel.

I booked from Monday night till Thursday Morning. With the cat 5 hurricane I wanted to get my family home back to Texas. So we left Tuesday afternoon. I was told that I was not going to get a refund for Wednesday. Why would I not get a refund for a day I checked out a whole day before. The woman working came out of the back with an attitude telling me “Noooo” with a rude look on her face when I asked if I could have my money back the the day I clearly won’t be there.
