Positive and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The staff were absolutely brilliant especially Mariana. Mariana was patient, helpful and friendly. She demonstrated her ability to remain calm and professional during busy times at the restaurant whilst ensuring that the needs of each customer were met. Thanks Mariana.

Mariana is awesome!

We are here staying here for the JITG Festival, and decided to xomw sown and have a drink. The bartender Mariana was amazing. She was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long does one drinks, ans when we recieved them they were excellent! Mariana mad is feel right at home! We will most definitely be back!

Jenny was so helpful!

My husband was here on business and I just came for a few days. Hotel was clean. We needed an early check in so my husband could start working right away. They didn't have the King available at that time so we settled for the 2 Queens. He saidthe King room was more modern the last time he stayed. This room was a little dated, but clean and comfy. Jenny down at the bar helped my husband find gingerale for me on day 2 when I wasn't feeling well. She was so helpful and accomodating my husband insisted I write a nice review for her specifically. It is the employees who go above and beyond who really make the hotels successful. Great place to stay on business with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.

Good stay

We stayed at this property for one night. Check in was easy and our room was ready. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the hotel's amenities other than breakfast. There is a full service restaurant. The continental buffet is $15, which is a little over priced.
We'd go back to this property.

I recently stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton in Sunrise, and my experience was mixed. The location is perfect, right across from Sawgrass Mills Mall, which makes it convenient for shopping and dining at great nearby restaurants. However, the stay was marred by several issues.
There was a lot of noise from slamming room doors, which disrupted the peace I was hoping for. Additionally, the mattress was old and not firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Cleanliness was another concern; I found used towels left behind and missing basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel upon arrival. To top it off, some of the towels had noticeable stains.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the accommodations fell short of expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.
