I felt generally safe because the property is gated, but my window lock was broken, so honestly anyone could have gotten into my room.... and it was very dirty. Like don't want to walk around in bare feet or touch anything. Stained sheets too. Management was very nice though!

It was a good model for the money we paid. The bed was a bit bouncy and the heater was hard to get an accurate temperature. Was clean place and the parking lot was gated.

It was difficult to get heat in the room.
Changed rooms. Still difficult.
Smoke alarm kept going off.

But kept chirping until it was taken out.

There was construction going on in the unit directly below us. There seemed to be a lot of vacancy, so why we were placed directly above jack hammering... I don't know. It of course stopped at night, but we were there for medical services and we had family that needed to rest.
It is comfortable, has a mini fridge, and adequate climate control. The area was quiet at night. Can't comment on the breakfast as we did not try it. For the price listed on location, I don't think it was worth that - but getting it through a 3rd party it was reasonable.
Parking lot is restricted to guests only, room key cards open the gate. Key card reader appeared to have been hit by someone because it was leaning vertically away from where cars enter, making it very difficult to reach without opening your car door - and the gate only stays open a short time. The key reader was on the left as you enter. If anyone trying to get out of the parking lot approaching the gate from inside, you are on the "wrong side" of the road for them to get out, as you try to key your way in. No easy fix for that as the driveway isn't big enough for a center divide for the keycard stand.
