Clean and as described. The man who runs it is super friendly and helpful. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as there is some highway noise. Didn’t bother me but was worth mentioning.

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU OK WITH BUGS AND STAINS AND CRUMBS/DIRT IN THE BED SHEETS AND COVERS.

If I could give a negative 5-star review, I would. My spouse is the one who booked the room for 1 night for a friend's wedding on January 31st till February 1st, we arrived at the parking lot and the vibe was just not right and seemed very scary and as if something bad was going to happen to us. my spouse went to check us in, and I was waiting in the car but couldn't wait any longer, so I went to meet him inside I was met with a window separating us and the employee which was uneasy. We got our keeps and went into the room met with 2 queen beds that had light blue sheets with strains and crumbs on them. I had to go to the bathroom so I walked in and there was a dead bug with dirt and whatever else you could think of on the ground. I was grossed out and knew I could not stay there. So, after being checked in for maybe 5 minutes we left the room and went back to the front desked and explained that we could not stay due to there being bugs and stains and it being overall dirty. The guy at the front desk was not very helpful or understanding and stated he could not do anything for me, and I must call the OYO support line. I said ok and we went to our call and I went to call and talked to guy and he put me on hold while on hold an employee of the hotel walked up to our window and tried to get my spouse alone in the hotel room to "show him where its dirty and has bugs" he said no I'm ok we are just going to try and get our refund. In my opinion no employee should EVER walk to a customer's (or in our case former customers) window demanding them to show them what is wrong after we turned in the keys. We then promptly left the premises and was still on hold with the support line. the guy came back on and then said he needed to talk to the hotel themselves which seemed odd, but I said OK. he then proceeded to put us on a three-way call with the guy who checked us in yelling at me saying I'm a liar and the room did not have bugs or stains or was not dirty at all. Then they hung up the phone and when I called back the automative line would not take me to anyone because it's just a person there waiting for you to push buttons to "direct you to a representative" in reality they are already on the line. I then had my mom call from a different line and the lady she talked to said our conformation number does not exist which is funny because the guy I talked to had no problem finding it with our conformation number. Overall, we had to dispute the charges with our bank and will never book with them again. This company is just here to scam you. everything about them is deceptive and sketchy DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU OK WITH BUGS AND STAINS AND CRUMBS/DIRT IN THE BED SHEETS AND COVERS.

Was not expecting a five star place for the price but also didnt expect to notice spots in need of repair. Very noticeable dents and some trash around floor boards. Did not book this place the following week.

I stayed one year ago and the hotel has gone down since then. Shower head blew off, could not turn down the heat and someone does not know how to operate a water softener, can't rinse off. Reluctant to give me a new room but did.

The room slept ok, but we (Me and Wife) had to wait outside of our room we paid for for 40 minutes because our ride was picking us up. They wouldn’t let us wait inside our room, we hade to wait outside the room. First room they cleaned was ours! I guest to make sure we moved out and left the room. I felt it was unprofessional and rude to make us wait outside. We want stay there again, if it the last hotel on trip, we will not return back to stay again.
