Desk personnel were friendly. Room smelled musty, but better than other places I’ve stayed. My big complaint was the shower had literally no water and the sink drain was extremely slow. I was upset not being able to take a shower after a 16 hour workday and I was too exhausted to change rooms.

Not a family friendly hotel… got a room that absolutely reeked of cigarettes and there was no insulation on the door. We had people standing in front of our room smoking weed and yelling so we got both the smell and could hear the entire conversation.
Sure for party people, horrible for families.

There was areas of uncleanliness around the property and I was given a room that was already occupied by accident.

When we first enter the room at 8 PM, it was 60° in the room and 75° outside, we had to turn the heater on to warm up. The breakfasts have really gone downhill. Everything was cold at 8:30 AM, the eggs were terrible, and they started putting food away about 30 minutes before the time that was posted. If you were late getting to breakfast, you were SOL! We found a live cricket, beetle and grasshopper in the room. We have stayed in this hotel every year for the last five years, I guess it's time to find another hotel.
