This hotel was a wonderful place to stay and although it was only for one night, I could stay there for more than 1. Customer Service was friendly and polite, and the service at the front desk explained what's included in the hotel before sending me a card key. I was being sent to the 3rd floor after being asked what floor I recommend, which is important to me. The room was cold as I walked in, but the space was neat, clean and well maintained. I can adjust the room temperature which is a little complicated at first. The room included a large widescreen TV, coffee maker, a fridge etc, and you're entitled to a free wi-fi. The bathroom was also comfortable to use. I left the hotel the next day feeling satisfied and would be happy to come back in the future.

Unable to control room temperature or fan speed. Ended up unplugging unit to stay comfortable and out of a wind tunnel. Weekday breakfast only had 1/2 the items the weekend breakfast offered.
Rooms were quiet. Beds comfortable.

Normally, we love this hotel. However, our first breakfast was non existent. Granted, its the Friday after Thanksgiving, but there was no bread, no fruit, no bacon and barely anything else at 7AM. Saturday was worse, there were ten times the people at the hotel, the sausage and eggs were left over from the day before, and everything was out. My whole table got 4 slices of bacon. Pancake Machine did not work. Cinnamon buns were cold. Good Room, Terrible Breakfast, so, overall not what we were used to.

The hot water was nonexistent. Told the staff, though there was nothing that could be done. A cool shower. That is why I put an average rating in. Other than this all was fine
