Good location and affordable price

Hotel is located few steps from port, from where you can get to phu Quy island. Hotel run by family. They are all very nice and helpful. Specially younger boy. You can easily rent a motorbike to go around the city. Rooms are small but nice and clean. I recommend it for short stay.

Poor service

You get what you pay for! Namely, poor service at arrival, a teenager was behind the reception desk with hardly any English speaking abilities but managed to get a taxi very promptly. No credit card accepted. Room ok.

Khách sạn tự ý đem hành lý của khách ra ngoài trong khi chưa đên giờ trả phòng

Khách sạn nằm trong hẻm hóc nằm xa khu trung tâm biển, đi bộ 20p mới tới bãi tắm. Phòng ốc xuống cấp,có mùi hôi không cách âm. Đặt phòng đôi thì xác nhận xong tới nơi bảo hết phòng đôi nên giao 2 phòng đơn. Máy lạnh thì không lạnh, có nhờ nhân viên hỗ trợ nhưng không có sự trợ giúp nào từ nhân viên. Điều đặc biệt đó là khi khách cũ chưa đến giờ trả phòng thì nhân viên đã tự ý vào phòng lấy hành của khách đem ra ngoài để giao phòng cho khách mới. Một hành động coi thường khách quá mức ( có mới nới cũ). Lúc sự việc xảy ra thì chủ không có mặt giải quyết còn nhân viên thì cứ bảo là làm theo lời chủ. Thật là một thất bại khi chọn khách sạn này. Thân ái.
The hotel is located in an alley located far from the center of the sea, walking 20p to the beach. Rooms are deteriorated, there is no sound odor. When booking a double room, it is confirmed that the double room should be delivered to 2 single rooms. Air conditioning is not cold, thanks to support staff but no help from staff. What is special is that when the old guest has not yet checked out, the staff has voluntarily entered the guest room to take out to hand over the room to new guests. An act of disregarding guests excessively (new ones are new). When the incident happened, the owner did not deal with the problem and the staff kept saying that he followed his master's instructions. It was a failure to choose this hotel

Des hôtes charmants

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant deux nuits du 4 au 6 février. Une chambre simple mais propre et fonctionnelle. L’hôtel ne propose pas le petit dej, mais facile de trouver un cafe a à peine 20m. Clim fonctionnelle, accueil a toute heure. L’anglais n’est pas leur fort, mais on est arrivé a se faire comprendre. Et pour 18€ les deux nuits, ca vaut le coup, service mini, mais gentillesse et serviabilité maxi !
Le port est 300 mètres, le coeur se ville 1,5km.
