Bad experience hotel stay
The first issue arose with a room change from a double-bed room to a king-size room. I had informed the front desk on the morning of March 12, 2025, that I couldn’t move immediately due to a scheduled meeting and asked them to hold the room. However, when I returned that evening, the afternoon staff at the front desk had not been informed about my request.
The second issue occurred during check-out. We spent over 30 minutes trying to resolve an error on the bill, but Mr. Park Nam was unable to provide a clear explanation and appeared indifferent.
This will undoubtedly be my first and last visit to this hotel.

The location was convenient and I could go to many places.
