Clean, clean, clean!

The cleanest rodeway inn I've ever stayed in with GREAT staff. Exceptionally clean and secure. What a great stay! Front desk staff was amazing. I've stayed in lots of rodeway inns and have come to expect the worst from them, but not this one. It will be my first choice for lodging in sheridan from now on. Great stay!

Worst stay of my life

Do NOT waste your money here. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I reserved a king and put in the notes that I was traveling with pets. Nowhere on the website does it say certain rooms are pet friendly and some are not. I get there late in the evening and he tells me that the only room they have is a double bed that is pet friendly and my room is non refundable. So now I'm stuck. I could NOT walk my pet on the teeny tiny grass patches they have but I could walk them in the weeds behind the hotel or the police departments grass. The room smelled and was 80 degrees. Immediately turned on the ac which was so loud. Tried to open a window but it was locked and broken so you cant open the window. The pictures were inaccurate...catfishing level inaccurate... to the point when i showed the clerk she kept insisting i clicked on the wrong hotel. I wake up to a 150 dollar charge on my credit card and when I asked why they started screaming at me. She wouldn't give me her name and neither would he...that's how you know how unprofessional they were. She kept interrupting me and yelling at me telling me i should know these things. He was cussing at me. Worst stay of my life...and on my birthday no less. I called choice and they were able to give me a full refund so this is no way reflecting choice hotels because i love them. Ive been staying with them for almost 15 years, but this hotel doesn't deserve the choice logo or to say they are pet friendly because they are neither. Ill see if i can post pics of parts of the disgusting room they put us in

Rodeway Inn & Suites 1704 N Main St, Sheridan, WY

Very nice place to stay and easy to get to, it was clean and reasonably priced. Good parking and the service was good and the bed was comfortable. Nice pool. The free breakfast was standard but crowded.

Comfy Beds Clean Room

Second stay here. Great staff, fast check in. The rooms are well done and beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast if back to. I will be booking this hotel again due to the wonderful hospitality I’ve received.

Dishonest Hotel Staff

Called to talk to a manager to see if he could help and he was very rude on the phone. He said he would look into my concern and call me back - he never called me back. This hotel overcharged us for our room (did NOT honor the price we had booked). Claims to be giving us a refund, but first charged us an additional fee (in the same amount as the refund). Net result is no refund, just not honoring the reservation. Will not stay here again nor recommend.
