Continental breakfast.very good

Excellent in everything. The attention, the kindness of the staff... especially German. He very kindly helped me get my truck out of the parking lot. He cleans the room. They allowed me to take my poodle. I will be back very soon. Thank you.

I'm never coming back

Terrible, filthy rooms with no soap, no conditioner, no hair dryer, no air conditioning. Our window faced the street and the latch didn't stick. One Sunday the key on the bathroom light got stuck and we spent the entire night without light in the bathroom. The bathtubs had old, dry non-slip pads and both my parents got hit when they slipped. My father hit his head and my mother hit the wrist of her hand. I had to go to the hospital for two days. Dirty garage. The bathroom on the ground floor was dirty and old, the toilet did not have a lid. The pillows are small and thin, the bed padding is old and stained. The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I will never return again and I hope no one will have such bad times as the ones I had to experience in this run-down hotel with very little maintenance. the walls are cracked. as do the door frames.

They placed us on the fourth floor at the front, you can't hear outside noises and you can rest.

This week in September we were at the hotel, just as they described it, an old but not old hotel, recemtric, all the staff were friendly, we were able to book only by calling by phone, they kept the price for which we did not change a peso.

Brilliant food,really nice staff,lovely pool for all,enjoyed the entertainment team. Can't wait to go again. X would recommend the hotel to friends and family x nice time lovely place,loads of different things to do.

Great staff, good food, hotel needs some serious freshening up.

On the upside the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were really large. The food was pretty decent.
The location is excellent.
But...this place has definitely seen better days. Everything was worn, sheets, towels and curtains had been mended in places, some things weren't mended. Our rooms just felt dingy, dirty, and poorly lit, they were probably clean but rundown so it felt dirty. A good bit of bleach on the bathroom tiles, fresh paint and linens and some carpet cleaning would do a lot.
