Exceptional stay
Wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. Stylish rooms were spacious with excellent views overlooking harbour. The absolute best beds - soft but supportive - had a great night’s sleep. Temperature controls for the room are the best we’ve experienced too. A nice touch was the welcome drink on arrival (Happy Friday).

One of the best hotels I've stayed in
We spent 3 nights here and loved it! Our room was spacious, comfortable, mostly quiet and had lovely views across the river. The bathroom - well, that was my dream bathroom. Loved the understated, stylish colour palette of antique gold, sage green, charcoal and off-white. Really enjoyed the pool area and bar. Breakfasts at ITL were delicious and huge! We really appreciated the a-la-carte service rather than the usual buffet. It meant that everything came out freshly-cooked and hot, including the coffee.
Reception staff and concierges went over and above expectations to help us make the most of our stay and our visit to Adelaide. I can't praise them enough. The only negative about the hotel was the difficulty in finding the entrance, which is at sub-ground level. Not difficult if you arrive by car, but our taxi driver wasn't willing to take the underground route and insisted on dropping us at street level instead. A bit of helpful wayfinding would make it easier for newly-arriving pedestrians to find Reception! But that doesn't in any way detract from the wonderful stay we enjoyed.
Reception staff and concierges went over and above expectations to help us make the most of our stay and our visit to Adelaide. I can't praise them enough. We keep going back, its a beautiful hotel with delicious rooms with a view, on entering the hotel foyer reception you are met with helpful friendly staff, there knowledge of Adelaide city is second to none and they are more than willing to help an assist, the rooms are beautifully set up with light area spaces, shower, bath amazing, bed is to die for, inhouse dinning is scrumptious, breakfast is available and plenty of variety offered. We enjoy all amenities offered which are clean eg casino which is fun, the Cafe is great for snacks and they offer senior discount on special days. Very grateful. The hotel is with in walking distance to shopping, trams, taxi, trains, cafes, cinema, the river, sightseeing is easy and ngt life. We will be back. Enjoy your experience you will not be disappointed.

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel, big luxurious rooms, excellent staff. Breakfast and room service was nice. The early checkin as our flight to Adelaide arrived at 9.30am was a nice bonus to start enjoying the hotel. We were recommended this hotel and when we are in Adelaide next we will stay at Eos by SkyCity
