Worst costumer service and rip off!!!
I told the receptionist that I wanted a discount for the fact I didn’t have hot water. I paid and expected to have all the amenities I paid for. She said they couldn’t do it. I said why? And she said the hotel doesn’t give discounts or refunds. I asked to speak to a manager, they said it was not possible. No manager was on site (how is that possible!!!) these people do not know how to manage a complaint and are not trained to attend emergencies.
I called booking.com explained the incident. Booking requested the hotel to make the refund and to allow us leave( we wanted to leave) The hotel said it wasn’t possible without the managers approval … having said that there is no manager on site …they didn’t even want to call them!
Booking.com cannot contact these people as they claim to not have managers after 5pm.
Please note that if you experience an issue this people won’t help you and you will loose your money.
We preferred to leave and get our peace and commodity back. It was just terrible here at this hotel. I am still waiting for an apology from these people.
The jacuzzi is not working while is rains (don’t understand why)
The hotel is outdated and needs renovation.
Poor customer service
No hot water (for more than 12 hours and we are still waiting for it)
Receptions don’t know how to handle incidentes nor are capable of handling an emergency.
No management
Rip off, they will take your money but won’t provide to you the amenities being paid for.
They don’t speak English.
Just don’t come!

Nightmare and carelessness
Small and poorly looked after hotel which is only good for those on a limited budget, you can't sleep at night as underneath and next to the hotel it is full of clubs with very loud music from 10pm onwards.
Spartan rooms, we had a room with no windows except for a window that looked onto the corridor of the rooms.
Small bathroom with shower and there wasn't always hot water.
Worn and stained sheets.
Staff not attentive, ignores you or yawns in your face while you speak.
If you have suitcases there is no lift, the reception is on the first floor and to get there there are at least twenty steep steps, if you don't have a room on the reception floor another flight of steps to reach the upper floor.
In short, if you can, look elsewhere.
