10/10 all round amazing experience
Cleanliness - 10/10. Maids cleaned room everyday and made bed, could not fault. Even the surroundings were well kept daily via staff, cleaners, gardeners etc
Food - 10/10. The variety and different cultures it incorporated. Loved how there was hot food pre packed and in heater through day (hot dogs, nuggets etc) available to pick to hand near pool also! Great for kids.
Entertainment - Small stage however layout allowed parents to sit at table and see kids comfortably. Tiered seating also available. Kids enjoyed. Lacked adult entertainment later at night, mostly music but hey, long as the bars open !
Kids slides etc - brilliant. The water park was great and discovered 4th pool round the back at end of holiday! Great mini water park for toddlers to.
Kids park also which is shaded - great when toddlers want out sun.
Round baby pool was shaded also which was great option.
Kids club - great option and very secure with locked gate, staff ensured kids entering and exiting were monitered etc. my kids wouldnt let me leave them but kids who didnt mind, I wouldnt have any worries of doing so.
General - Lots of Scots there during our trip which loved as a fellow Scottish person! Met amazing people and loved the family orientated vibe.
Safety - I have to comment how impressed I was. Due to it being a huge hotel, I noticed on 2 occasions two little ones losing their parents in restaurant, the staff were so aware and attentive in ensuring these kids were safe and found their parents.
Shop on lower ground - has everything you need and perfect !
Location - amazing location. You walk down path and your right on the beach! Lovely path you can walk right along, which I did each morning with a coffee.
Would 10000% go back. Just wish it didnt take so long to fly (bad flyer)

Nonetheless, we are delighted that the location of our resort added to the enjoyment of your stay. Being situated right on the beachfront allows for beautiful morning walks and easy access to the sea. It's wonderful to know that you found our on-site shop convenient for all your needs, and that the positive atmosphere contributed to a memorable holiday experience.

Like a Travelodge with slides and a buffet. Never a 4* more like a 2* all inclusive, that isn't all-inclusive!
This is a Travelodge with slides and a buffet. Never a 4* more like a 2* all inclusive, where things are NOT all-inclusive.
Room service - You get a single one litre bottle of water on arrival in your room and they expect you to refill it everyday from the bar and they don't tell you this. If you are asleep between 6am and 8am chances are house keeping will not make your room.
Sugary drinks - No fresh juice unless you pay and ALL the drinks are full of sugar. Everyone directs you to the bar, but the bar has sugary carton juices.
Buffet - Forget about getting an omelette made to your taste, anything not pre-made at the buffet is charged extra. The buffet is absolutely chaotic and food quality is very low.
Restaurants on site - these need to be pre-booked and are average at best with mediocre food quality. They are likely to be all full when you arrive, as they can only be booked on arrival. But they can be oversubscribed to get you in.
Lack of healthy snacks - All snack options are unhealthy chips/fried falafel/pizza. Some healthy food is available at breakfast, lunch and dinner where you can get salads, but there are no fresh juices, or non sugary drinks. Even a bag of crisps comes with an extra charge.
Allergies - Do not stay here if you have an allergy, you will be charged for separate items. Having an allergy is treated like you are asking for an 'a la carte' menu. If it's not on the buffet, you have to pay. The manager said they do this to deter guests from claiming they have an allergy to get freshly made food, which speaks volumes about how this hotel is managed.
Disturbed sleep - On one side of the hotel you have a highway with cars and trucks at the break of dawn and the lawn being cut. The other side of the hotel there are staff ready to clean rooms, or the pool area at 6am / loudly talking to one another to ensure you have a disturbed sleep.
Dated - Rooms are tired and in desperate need of a makeover. Bathrooms have cracked tiles / mold. Towels are old and in need of replacement. Very difficult to get a person into the bathroom with a child and we are a fairly slim/small family!

Great slides, messy waterpark, not a fan of the guests
So - a nice hotel but I was relieved I didn’t stay there.

OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING HOLDIAY STAY AT THE ABOVE HOTEL

Before ordering, go in and read.
There are activities at the hotel for children, the water park is excellent.
The hotel is clean, including the rooms, despite the full occupancy, not crowded, I highly recommend the main dining room with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free drink is worth it
A fancy hotel located on the beach line with large rooms overlooking the mountains or the sea recommends you take a room towards the sea. 4 restaurants in an Italian/Arab/Markay hotel and a general dining room in the morning and evening and there is a bar in the pool.
There is a great water park for children.
The clean hotel includes rooms despite its full occupation and not crowded warmly recommends the main dining room with breakfast and dinner.
