Fantastic location with stunning views of the Acropolis

Had a fantastic stay in a nice spacious executive room.
The friendliness and helpfulness at the reception were great. Also the a la carte breakfast was really tasty and the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant and bar completed the experience. Especially the 2 ladies made up for our mornings and evenings! Thank you for this.
Also the housekeeping was very good, room clean and every day a good morning.
We definitely consider coming back when we visit Athens.

Memorizing view of the Parthenon; great stay

Upon the completion of our MSC Mediterranean cruise, we decided to visit Athens for four days; we chose this boutique hotels based on its location and recommendations from other travelers. We booked the executive double suite with view of the Parthenon; the view is truly spectacular and memorizing in the evening. The room is spacious and clean, the oval bay windows really provide a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhood. Although the hotel is situated in a busy shopping pedestrian street, the soundproofing is excellent. We had breakfasts every morning on the 7th floor lounger/restaurant; we were surprised by the above par quality of the food as well as the presentation of the breakfast dishes. Our booking included three days of free breakfast for two, we thought it will be run of the mill, boy was I wrong. The service is attentive and courteous; having a nice meal with a spectacular view of Parthenon is a great experience. As the other reviewers had mentioned, the shopping and dining options are endless. The trek to Parthenon by foot took us about twenty five minutes to reach the entrance; we are slow walkers and stopped along the way many times for photos. The high ends stores are located approximately ten minutes by foot; wife really enjoyed the browsing. During our three nights stay House keeping did a great job, the room is always immaculate upon our return in the afternoons. The only blemish for this boutique hotel is the lift; only one elevator with limited capacity of three persons; we were lucky that we didn’t experience any issues with the lift. Overall, we really enjoyed our three nights at this stay at this fine establishment.

Graet Hotel !

Excellent location! 5 min walk from Monastiraki Square and 5 min walk from Syntagma Square. Spacious and very comfortable rooms
Excellent breakfast with a detailed menu Just pay attention when you order coffee they mean filter coffee and not cappuccino or any other type of coffee and anyone who orders anything else is charged an exorbitant price of 4.80 euros for one cup!
Overall good location excellent food great staff who are helpful and available for any question
Highly recommend to anyone coming to Athens for the first time and wants to be close to everything

Super location, but some disappointing issues

Excellent location, friendly staff
No breakfast and closed rooftop restaurant. A very small refund offered
No cupboard or drawers, so unpacking was impossibel
No bathrobes despite websitepromises
Windows are no soundproff as promised
