The hotel owner's behavior was ironic and offensive.
The overall image of the hotel was not proportional to the high price we paid.

GRAVE HYGIENICAL RULES
We stayed a five-member family with one child 7 years old and two 4 years old from 9 to 11 August 2024. I'll start with breakfast. In the person who served the products in the buffet (which I understand is the hotel owner himself), I noticed violations of basic hygiene rules for a professional who handles food. He did not wear any protective blouse or waistband, gloves, scarf, but wearing both days of our stay a shirt open in the upper part and sweaty as it was brought food without using basic simple hygiene rules. During my protest on the morning of Sunday 11/8, because while it was written on the label that it was offered bottles, there was no corresponding product, he replied that it was finished from 9 a.m., noting that the breakfast time is valid from 8 to 10 a.m. and the accommodation is obliged to provide all products until the end of the two-hour breakfast. He responded to my protest with ironies, mocking and insults, while as a customer I spent a ⁇ significant amount of 326 euros for 2 nights. Also, both my wife and I are receiving homeopathic treatment and we are not allowed to drink caffeine. So when we asked for coffee without caffeine for breakfast, they urged us that we would have to pay extra in the bar of the property, while my expenses include breakfast with coffee. The breakfast in the buffet is ⁇ poor that does not fit the overall picture as a hotel. Also the breakfast room was not spacious as a result we were waiting until there was a table for all 5 members of our family and it was not air-conditioned (the air-conditioning did not work) during the hot days of August where we stayed. It should also be noted that during the morning hours of Saturday 10 August 2024 and while a lot of people were taking their breakfast on the terrace of the breakfast room, just below were performing lawn cutting work, which created intense noise and dust coming into the dishes of the customers who were eating, which was completely unacceptable.
As for the room, while we had informed that of our 3 children 2 are 4 years old, we were given a two-bedroom room as an autonomous apartment outside the main building, which had many stairs, which made it difficult both my 4 year old children to climb up, and we adults with the full suitcases to be able to lift and drop them. No talk about the existence of an elevator, at all friendly for young children and disabled persons. There was also no direct hot water supply, so in order to be able to take a bath a family of 5 members had to wait about 25 minutes until the water warms up, since of course we turn on the boiler switch from the electric panel. Something that also made us very difficult, the fact that there is no solar heater so that it can provide hot water at any time throughout the 24 hours.
With real relief we left the last day of our reservation, although we spent for two nights the ⁇ large amount mentioned above, compared to the benefits we received.
