Never prefer this hotel

Actually I checked in the above hotel at 2.30 pm today and paid Rs 1050 by cash. When see the room I was really shocked.It was really full of dust , the sheets and linens were unwashed and the room was full of ants. The hotel boy was a tough fellow and no one in that hotel didn't have a pinch of hospitality. There is no facility for sanitization. No one was wearing masks. I checked out at 6.20 pm and looking for another comfortable stay. As I am coming from a long distance and as I am not sure how they react if I make the complaints , I didn't open my mouth. My money is lost. I fear whether I get some infections due to the stay for 3 hours. There is no drinking water in the room. Really fee lo ing bad about OYO. How do you promote such unhygienic properties.Really I am shocked.

Useless piece of sh!t.

The hotel was hell. AC wasn't working in first room. The bellboy refused to give AC remote, apparently they only have one remote for all the 40 or so rooms in the hotel. Doesn't know how to behave with guests. Please stay away from this place.

Terrible stay

I am unable to give 0 rating so that I selected 1. Never ever prefer the hotel. We can't even sleep for 1 hour. Cleanliness is too bad. bed spreads seems to be never washed. Toilet taps also not working. Lot of mosquitos.

More of a hostel than hotel

I had spent around a month in this hotel when I was posted to Trivandrum for my job training and my employer arranged this place for our stay. Lucky I was because I got a roommate who is also my closest friend. Amenities in this hotel are below average. They have very small rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Filthy place

This hotel is recommended in a very popular guide book as : "Big, quiet and clean rooms". When we arrived late in the evening, there was rather a lot of noise in this hotel. When we visited a room it was small to medium in size but also dirty. The walls were very dirty like if there had been painted and cleaned 50 years ago and there were lot of insects walking on it. The furniture was old, ugly and not sure the beds were clean. I can not tell you about the bathroom because we decided to quit this filthy place before we event have time to check it. I know hotels in India are not the same as in Europe or North America. But we slept in 11 different hotels during our trip around India (all of them were low to medium price hotels) and this was the worst room I had seen in all my life ! Unless you are really looking for cheap room, don't go there ! Rather choose an hotel on Manjalikulam Rd.
