The staff are all lovely. The rooms clean but maybe a bit dated, but you’ll only sleep in there as the beach and pools are wonderful. Not much choice of food but plenty of good places to eat within a stones throw. The spa is amazing and surprisingly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel was great. I would have loved to give a higher rating but we tried to check in, at check in time (2 pm) and they said the room wasn’t ready. So we left to get food came back at 3:30 pm and they said the room STILL wasn’t ready. We did not get to check into our room until 5:30 PM! The whole reason we booked this place was so we could swim one last time before leaving, but that wasn’t an option because of how long it took to get checked in, the pools looked nice. Wish we could have tried them. The staff were all very nice, just wish we didn’t have to wait 3 hours to check into our room.

I want to start with the positives: The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. Always smiling and so so nice. Also, the pools were nice and being able to enter the beach directly is a HUGE plus and these things saved the stay for me.
But - there is a very noisy playground right behind the beach chairs. Constant screaming. The breakfast was chaotic and stressed me out. Too many stations to stand in line to pick up food, the coffee machines kept dysfunctioning and the quality of the food and selection was not great. It could take me 15-20 minutes to find my food and a table. And this is the low season even. The room itself was very worn down with lots damaged tiles on the floor. The shower was not great, and the bed and pillow was definitely not of the standard hotel quality even in 2-3 star hotels. Also, you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing and it gets noisy both early and late. I so wish that I could be more positive, but I would rather be honest.
