Great experience
We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Alla Corte in Bassano and we loved it. Since our evening arrival, the staff has been welcoming, caring and attentive, making us feel immediately at ease.
The room we were assigned was clean, spacious and comfortable, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. Breakfast, in line with our habits, was plentiful and of a good standard, with a wide choice of fresh and quality products.
Even the waiting staff proved to be welcoming, kind and considerate, helping to make our stay enjoyable. Each of our requests was handled with professionalism and a smile, further increasing our satisfaction.
In conclusion, we were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Alla Corte and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and quality place for their stay in Bassano del Grappa.

The Hotel has refused my legal and legitimate Universal Pass entity document. In the morning it was recorded by a very kind receptionist named Shalom, who inquired about the document and entered it in the recording and photocopied it. Upon entering the facility I was denied access. In the evening I was expected by the director Roberto who gave a monologue to illustrate various rules and laws, stressing the fact that even children could not access if they did not have a document as he and Federalberghi ordered, I want to emphasize illegally and illegitimately. The director also, in a very rude way, did not allow me to provide any explanation or wanted to obtain legal information that I wanted to provide on the validity of the entity document I provided, and indeed called the police of Bassano del Grappa who, equally ignorant on the subject, supported the same illegal and illegitimate theories of the director making a shield for an authoritarian and illegal regime. Both the director and the police were thus intervening, (quote and do not recognize), in what is Article 494 of the Criminal Code, repeatedly insisting on being recognized in FRAUD in someone else through the request for a document that I do not have and that belongs to legislation foreclosed and seized since October 2012 through the filing OPPT1776 UCC Filings. This review of mine is a warning that the structure acts in FRAUD and in blatant contrast to the only valid Law on the planet which is the Natural Law. I note and point out that since 4 July 2024 a complaint has been filed with the Guardia di Finanza Tributaria of Rome, with the MEF and ratified at various other stations of the GdF on the merits of FRAUD in place throughout the territory, which concerns every woman and man of the Italian land. FRAUD investigations are ongoing and no alleged private company, such as the police station or a police station and even less FEDERALBERGHI, can act by force of authority on homo vivo or any other woman or other man. This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and in this I cherish my honor.

Abbiamo provveduto a segnalare la sua recensione a Tripadvisor e abbiamo inviato ai nostri legali la sua recensione. Non c'è nessuna frode, lei voleva entrare in un hotel nello Stato Italiano con un documento non riconosciuto. Tra l'altro fate le spalle grosse invocando leggi planetarie (frutto della fantasia della setta americana dalla quale dipendete) ma quando vi fermano per strada tirate fuori la patente!!! Non solo, non riconoscete le forze dell'ordine italiane ma all'occorrenza chiamate i carabinieri!
Ah già ma voi siete quelli che col documento che ognuno di noi può farsi on line, potete pilotare aerei e navi. Siete quelli che non riconoscete i mutui che fate con le banche (ma li fate!), insomma .... proprio bella gente!

We stayed in a group and although there were many of us we were served at the table very quickly, excellent food, beautiful and quiet rooms, very satisfactory general cleanliness, warm welcome, availability and kindness from the whole team

Topics: basic services not improving given the price, which is not very expensive but not negligible either
Compared to some time ago, I would say every rating is lower.
Some time ago you could go to the spa for a surcharge by deciding on the spot, today if you don't purchase packages such as night and sauna you can't go to the spa.
Today I arrive in a cold room, heating not working which was then resolved but I still couldn't take a shower when I wanted.
The room phone doesn't work. After an initial check by the owner, it continued to not work after dinner. If so, the telephone in the room is of no use.
Let's talk about toilet paper rolls. A few days ago I slept in this facility and I had to call the reception because there was only one roll of paper in the bathroom and it was already half used. God forbid the oversight happens. Today I return to the facility and in the bathroom there are two half rolls, I finish one immediately and the other one is left which is not new. I then understand that the oversight had nothing to do with it.
Let's talk about dinner.
I order a fillet and a salad.
Salad nothing to say, let's talk about the fillet. I only ask for it if it is completely cooked and rather cut into slices but I don't even like seeing the pink of the meat. I specify that I order it only if it is cooked as explained. I am told yes and off I wait. The dish arrives and the fillet is not cut into slices, so I cut it in the middle and find, as I suspected, that the fillet meat is not even remotely cooked as kindly requested. Meat isn't good for me. I call the very kind waitress and show her the fillet. I reiterate that it should rather be cut into slices but I ask that it be cooked as I like it to be, I don't want to see it, I say, not even the pink meat but absolutely totally cooked. The lady brings the dish back to me after the appropriate further wait. I eat the fillet but leave aside 3 or 4 central pieces of some fillet slices. In the end the cooking this time too was not as requested, the chef perhaps the owner simply did as he thought fit to do. What was requested was not met.
I would like to point out that I come to sleep in this facility for the spa and the restaurant. But the spa cannot be used except through packages and when traveling for work you don't have the possibility of making this type of reservations. So zero at the spa.
For the restaurant I think I've said everything for sure if there will be a next time, I won't gloss over the cooking until I get it the way I want it. Today I was sorry to have to make the waitress have to go back and forth in the kitchen all the time.
To complete the review, I would like to point out that on the televisions, as confirmed by the most expert lady at the reception, the HDMI ports were blocked so I was unable to connect my Amazon stick and watch the Napoli champions match on prime time. The thing that I have found as of today is very unpleasant, a real disservice and certainly meaningless also because the wifi is free and I had to make do in other ways.
Useless disservice which is acknowledged.
Having said this, having used the facility occasionally for years, I can say that in general the service has deteriorated and I would have expected the opposite.
I hope there is a reversal of the trend as soon as possible.

DOVENDO RISPONDERE AD OGNI SINGOLO ARGOMENTO, TROVERÀ LE RISPOSTE IN MAIUSCOLO.
Argomenti servizi basilari non in miglioramento vista anche la tariffa non carissima ma neanche irrisoria.
LA TARIFFA E’ DINAMICA, LEI HA PRENOTATO SU HRS.COM DOVE PAGHIAMO DELLE COMMISSIONI E QUINDI HA DOVUTO PAGARE ANCHE QUELLE.
Rispetto a tempo addietro direi ogni valutazione in ribasso.
Tempo fa potevi fare la spa con un sovrapprezzo decidendo in loco, oggi se non acquisti dei pacchetti tipo notte e sauna la spa non la puoi fare.
E’ SCRITTO ANCHE SUL PORTALE DOVE HA PRENOTATO CHE LA SPA E’ APERTA AGLI OSPITI DA APRILE A OTTOBRE. NEGLI ALTRI MESI L’ACCESSO E’ POSSIBILE SOLO ACQUISTANDO UN PACCHETTO SPECIFICO. DEVE PRESTARE ATTENZION E QUANDO PRENOTA.

Parliamo dei rotoli di carta igienica. Pochi giorni addietro ho dormito in questa struttura e ho dovuto chiamare la reception perché in bagno c'era solo un rotolo di carta e già usato per metà. Ci mancherebbe la svista capita. Oggi ritorno nella struttura e in bagno ci stanno due mezzi rotoli, uno lo finisco subito me ne rimane l'altro non nuovo. Capisco allora che la svista non c'entra nulla.
LEI HA CONSUMATO TRE ROTOLI DI CARTA. E’ NORMALE CHE IL TERZO ROTOLO NON SIA IN CAMERA. L’HA RICHIESTO E SUBITO GLIELO ABBIAMO PORTATO. SE HA PROBLEMI DI DISSENTERIA LO FACCIA PRESENTE AL MOMENTO DELL’ARRIVO. AVRA’ QUANTI ROTOLI DESIDERA.

Ordino un filetto e una insalatona.
Insalatona niente da dire, parliamo del filetto. Lo richiedo solo se sarà totalmente cotto che sia piuttosto tagliato a fettine ma non mi piace vedere neanche il rosa della carne. Specifico che lo ordino solo se sarà cotto come spiegato. Mi viene detto di si e via con l'attesa. Il piatto arriva il filetto non é tagliato a fettine, allora lo taglio nel mezzo e riscontro come sospettavo che la carne filetto non é neanche lontanamente cotto come gentilmente richiesto. Per me la carne non va bene.
Chiamo la cameriera molto gentile e faccio vedere il filetto ribadisco che piuttosto venisse tagliato a fettine ma richiedo che venga cotto come ho piacere che sia, non vorrei vedere dico, neanche la carne rosa ma assolutamente totalmente cotta. La signora mi riporta il piatto dopo l'opportuna ulteriore attesa. Mi mangio il filetto ma lascio da parte 3 o 4 pezzi centrali di alcune fette di filetto.
Alla fine la cottura anche questa volta non è stata come richiesto, il cuoco forse il titolare ha fatto semplicemente come lui ha ritenuto opportuno fare. Quanto richiesto non è stato soddisfatto.
IL FILETTO NON LO TAGLIAMO A FETTINE! PUO’ ORDINARE EVENTUALMENTE UNA TAGLIATA. L’ABBIAMO COMUNQUE COTTO ULTERIORMENTE E L’HA MANGIATO TUTTO.
Preciso che vengo a dormire in questa struttura per la spa e per il ristorante. Ma la spa non é fruibile se non tramite pacchetti e quando si viaggia per lavoro non si ha la possibilità di fare questo tipo di prenotazioni. Quindi zero alla spa.
ZERO ANCHE A LEI PERCHE’ LE REGOLE SONO MOLTO CHIARE E NON POSSIAMO FARCI CARICO DELLE MANCANZE DEGLI OSPITI COME LEI.
Per il ristorante credo di aver detto tutto di sicuro se ci sarà una prossima volta, non sorvolerò sulla cottura finché non l'avrò come desidero. Oggi mi dispiaceva dare alla cameriera incombenza di fare ulteriori avanti e in dietro per la cucina.
NON LO AVRA’ MAI PER DUE MOTIVI: PRIMO PERCHE’ NOI IL FILETTO NON LO SERVIREMO MAI BRUCIATO, SECONDO PERCHE’ NON LE DAREMO LA SECONDA POSSIBILITA’ DI SOGGIORNO.
Per completare la recensione segnalo che sui televisori come confermato dalla signora più esperta della reception, sono state bloccate le porte hdmi quindi non ho potuto collegare la mia amazon stick e vedere su prime la partita di champion del napoli.
LA COSA SPIACEVOLE E’ CHE LEI PENSA DI POTER “ENTRARE” NEI SISTEMI DELLE TV DEGLI HOTEL A PROPRIO PIACIMENTO. SE VUOLE C’E’ UNA LINEA WIFI SUPER POTENTE E GRATUITA MA NON PERMETTEREMO MAI A NESSUNO DI USARE CHIAVETTE O ALTRO PER SCOPI PERSONALI. DA NOI LE TV FANNO LE TV.
La cosa che da oggi ho riscontrato é molto spiacevole, un vero e proprio disservizio e di sicuro senza senso anche perché il wifi é libero e ho dovuto arrangiarmi in altri modi.
Disservizio inutile del quale si prende atto.
Detto questo usufruendo da anni saltuariamente della struttura, posso dire che in generale il servizio è andato ad abbassarsi e mi sarei aspettato il contrario.
Spero ci sia una inversione di tendenza quanto prima.

Insalatona niente da dire, parliamo del filetto. Lo richiedo solo se sarà totalmente cotto che sia piuttosto tagliato a fettine ma non mi piace vedere neanche il rosa della carne. Specifico che lo ordino solo se sarà cotto come spiegato. Mi viene detto di si e via con l'attesa. Il piatto arriva il filetto non é tagliato a fettine, allora lo taglio nel mezzo e riscontro come sospettavo che la carne filetto non é neanche lontanamente cotto come gentilmente richiesto. Per me la carne non va bene.
Chiamo la cameriera molto gentile e faccio vedere il filetto ribadisco che piuttosto venisse tagliato a fettine ma richiedo che venga cotto come ho piacere che sia, non vorrei vedere dico, neanche la carne rosa ma assolutamente totalmente cotta. La signora mi riporta il piatto dopo l'opportuna ulteriore attesa. Mi mangio il filetto ma lascio da parte 3 o 4 pezzi centrali di alcune fette di filetto.
Alla fine la cottura anche questa volta non è stata come richiesto, il cuoco forse il titolare ha fatto semplicemente come lui ha ritenuto opportuno fare. Quanto richiesto non è stato soddisfatto.
IL FILETTO NON LO TAGLIAMO A FETTINE! PUO’ ORDINARE EVENTUALMENTE UNA TAGLIATA. L’ABBIAMO COMUNQUE COTTO ULTERIORMENTE E L’HA MANGIATO TUTTO.
Preciso che vengo a dormire in questa struttura per la spa e per il ristorante. Ma la spa non é fruibile se non tramite pacchetti e quando si viaggia per lavoro non si ha la possibilità di fare questo tipo di prenotazioni. Quindi zero alla spa.
ZERO ANCHE A LEI PERCHE’ LE REGOLE SONO MOLTO CHIARE E NON POSSIAMO FARCI CARICO DELLE MANCANZE DEGLI OSPITI COME LEI.
Per il ristorante credo di aver detto tutto di sicuro se ci sarà una prossima volta, non sorvolerò sulla cottura finché non l'avrò come desidero. Oggi mi dispiaceva dare alla cameriera incombenza di fare ulteriori avanti e in dietro per la cucina.
NON LO AVRA’ MAI PER DUE MOTIVI: PRIMO PERCHE’ NOI IL FILETTO NON LO SERVIREMO MAI BRUCIATO, SECONDO PERCHE’ NON LE DAREMO LA SECONDA POSSIBILITA’ DI SOGGIORNO.
Per completare la recensione segnalo che sui televisori come confermato dalla signora più esperta della reception, sono state bloccate le porte hdmi quindi non ho potuto collegare la mia amazon stick e vedere su prime la partita di champion del napoli.
LA COSA SPIACEVOLE E’ CHE LEI PENSA DI POTER “ENTRARE” NEI SISTEMI DELLE TV DEGLI HOTEL A PROPRIO PIACIMENTO. SE VUOLE C’E’ UNA LINEA WIFI SUPER POTENTE E GRATUITA MA NON PERMETTEREMO MAI A NESSUNO DI USARE CHIAVETTE O ALTRO PER SCOPI PERSONALI. DA NOI LE TV FANNO LE TV.
La cosa che da oggi ho riscontrato é molto spiacevole, un vero e proprio disservizio e di sicuro senza senso anche perché il wifi é libero e ho dovuto arrangiarmi in altri modi.
Disservizio inutile del quale si prende atto.
Detto questo usufruendo da anni saltuariamente della struttura, posso dire che in generale il servizio è andato ad abbassarsi e mi sarei aspettato il contrario.
Spero ci sia una inversione di tendenza quanto prima.
