Disappointing experience
The positive aspects, structure as described, clean tidy, in an area a bit 'decentralized from the center of Lecco reachable by car in about 15 minutes but all in all quiet.
The notes I liked less unfortunately outweigh the positive ones.
Advance payment of the full amount without having even been able to view and take note of the accommodation and 'something at least not appropriate but patience (1). check in and check out are carried out totally automatically on the net and independently, and the fact that we have never had the opportunity to interface live with the managers is quite questionable, usually we are used to a direct contact that is always a good thing, shaking hands on arrival and presenting yourself giving a face to people is not a small thing, but 'so it went and patience (2).
The notes for me just negative are the bed, at least that of our room, which as you can see in some photos here is iron, and was a bit 'dancer and every movement was a very annoying continuous creak that did not allow a proper rest with continuous awakenings from the noise. What I just didn't feel like though is breakfast. Not a single thing that was not packaged originally from large retailers. Cake brioches plumcake boscotti fruit juice cakes, all strictly industrial and packaged. I think that at least to find in the morning fresh croissants taken in some bar or bakery would be the minimum, maybe even a cake that is not the classic packaged "white mill" would not be unseemly considering that the stay as indicated turns over 90 euros per night (180 thousand pounds....)
We often turn and we have been in several b & b and similar reception facilities but and the first time I find this service a bit cheap, so much so that on the morning of departure we gave up breakfast in the structure and went at our expense to a bar in the area.
Too bad it could have been a more positive experience with little effort, a little human welcome and some extra attention that goes beyond the mere economic side.
p.s. Since the contacts took place through whatsapp, it was not so unthinkable at least after vacating the structure in the times indicated send a farewell message and ask if everything had gone correctly or if there had been problems. I would have said the same things even if not possible in person and it would have been a sign of respect for the customer, I think I was correct when I had to.... but... patience... (3)

Very basic breakfast, everything is in plastic and of 1st price supermarket quality. No fruit, no coffee: see photos
If you have back problems avoid this place because the bedding is very basic: very thin foam mattress.
