Secrets- a company that's praised as a premier vacation spot, falls far below expectations
Spa was incredible with Kay being my spa specialist.
Bar drinks were only good if you found the right bartenders
Taking certain excursions straight from the resort was very convenient and nice.
The location/scenery/landscape was beautiful and breathtaking, but that's it. There's a ton of places where you can get that AND get great dining experiences, more consistent drinks, and better service.
If you're coming to Jamaica, pick another resort.

Disappointed with no buffet at night
The hotel was very nice, the beach was great and had options as well as snorkeling. the pools were great also. Staff was very nice.

Jamazing stay
I must say if anyone is visiting this hotel please look out for the restaurant manager Sasha Gaye her customer service skills are exemplary and her smile and warm welcome lights up every room . This lady really does know how to make everyone feel very special
