Check-in may be denied at the hotel if you do not comply with the above requirements. Any denial of entry or stay at the hotel will be handled according to hotel management and any refunds shall be subject to their respective policy and guidelines. According to regulations imposed by the government of Malaysia, services at all hotels in Malaysia will be limited until further notice. Some public facilities will be closed, although room service will be permitted. Guest will be required to stay in their rooms during their stay.
