Dengan penginapan di Hotel Latitude Ouest di Locronan, anda akan berada dalam lingkungan 15 minit memandu dari Pantai Brittany dan Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bonne-Nouvelle. Hotel spa ini berada 1.6 km dari Eglise St-Ronan dan 1.7 km dari Office de tourisme de Locronan. Manjakan diri anda di spa yang menawarkan urut. Pretty good!
Pros:
- the large clean bed on arrival late which calls you to spend a beautiful relaxing night
- the calm around the forest and the sounds of animals at night that personally soothe me
- the bathroom very clean with the leds is pretty
- homemade breakfast with lots of choices, a treat
- the spa for the moment of relaxation
- the friendly staff, the manager and the young receptionist
- the large parking lot
- the cot was clean, but watch out for pillows duvets not suitable
- the cleanliness of the room and building
Areas for improvement:
-It's too hot in the room and humid
- no water bowl for the dog or bottles of water for guests
-the spa is charged
- no elevator

We would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in our establishment for your holiday booking, but regret to say that you are not satisfied.
You booked online at 17.38 on the same day, the last room available that evening as the hotel was fully booked. In no way did you pay a premium rate or a superior room. You booked the only room available and it was a room for 4 to 6 people. You feel that the value for money is not there, but nobody forced you to pay that price when there were only 2 of you, when this 45 m2 room can accommodate 4, 5 or 6 people with its mezzanine.
It would have been wise to tell us about the lack of Wi-Fi. In fact, we work with a wired internet connection and if the wifi network goes down, we don't know about it (this can happen given our location in the middle of the forest or depending on the weather). If we had been informed, we could have checked the problem and possibly provided you with wifi. However, despite the hotel being fully booked that evening, no one else informed us, which seems surprising if the wifi had indeed failed.
About dinner. You booked your room online without worrying about the availability of our restaurant and you blame us for this. I explained to you that we could potentially accommodate 80 people in the hotel and that our restaurant only seats 50. At no point did you indicate when you booked online, or by telephone to make sure, that you would have a table available? We offer rooms for sale on our website, but the rest of our services are subject to availability. The spa, massage parlour and restaurant are not included in room bookings and are not automatic because not everyone wants to take advantage of them. You could have reproached us for not being able to have dinner if we had promised to reserve a table for you and we had not been able to accommodate you, but this is not the case. If a guest arrives at the hotel without a reservation and finds it full, he can't blame us. For the restaurant, it's the same principle. You want to eat, you book. That evening, 50 people anticipated, booked a table and were able to enjoy our restaurant.
You regret not having a bottle of water in your room. In fact, more than half of our Comfort rooms have this service, as does a larger flat-screen TV, but not in your Standard room. We provide a welcome tray with hot drinks, biscuits and caramels in our Comfort rooms, but this standard room does not benefit from this extra service. On the other hand, for rooms that do not have a welcome tray, we have installed a counter in the lobby near the fireplace where you could have enjoyed the same services: hot drink kits, fresh water, biscuits and sweets.
You consider our furniture to be gadgets... Everyone has their own tastes and I don't question yours.
As far as the chaise longue is concerned, you seem surprised, but it's an integral part of the furniture in this room, which is called "the chaise longue" and is part of our room category on the Coté Sud theme. Benefiting from a double bay window overlooking the park, it doesn't seem inappropriate to want to lounge there. Once again, I don't see why you are so shocked and disturbed by this that you specify it in your comments.
Finally, I can assure you that we have not lost control of our establishment, quite the contrary, but on the other hand, it does not seem to please everyone.
