The friendliness of the people who work there

The Hotel itself is beautiful for its taste in decoration, great rooms and a wonderful patio.
But even better are the people who run it from Canareras-cook-Reception. A marvel!!!
I stayed 10 days and I will repeat. Thank you!

Lovely hotel highly recommended

We spent one night at the Hotel Eloy on our journey through Spain to Portugal. It was delightful. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. Our room was calming, immaculately clean and comfortable. Outside our window was a gorgeous, shady garden which the owners took great pride in. Breakfast was served by the very friendly lady and was simple and nice. Would thoroughly recommend

Good over night stop

Stayed here as an over night stop on route back to ferry. Just a couple of miles from the motorway. Comfy beds. Great showers. Clean and tidy. Good parking. Centre of village ideal for local restraunts and shops.

Pleasant stop for a pilgrim

Nice hotel at a reasonable price which made a pleasant change from albergues. Very handy to the Roman Baths. There is a bar downstairs where you can get a simple meal. Good location on one of the flatter parts of Banos and on the main street.

It was noisy but the room was good

We had the first room near the reception. It was noisy because of the door which didn't isolate enough. We also could hear our neighbours talking as if they were in the same room.
The room was clean and big. The price was adequate. We had breakfast with good service in a big room.
The bicycle were stored in the basement of the hotel ("bodega").
