Thermal hotel satisfaction

Smurper Hatun thermal hotel room and pool cleaning very good, the food is delicious, quiet and beautiful hotel, Restaurant manager Hilmi Baştürk Mr. would like to especially thank you, not only restaurant all the complaints listening, a well-attended employee who should be treated to guests.

Disrespectful management

It was a hotel whenever we came to Kütahyaya. When we went today, they said the mixed pool was indoor and the family would take us to the male pool, but if someone complained, we would leave with our partners and enter different pools. This information was absolutely not said vs when Reservation. We were asked to exit about 1 hour after swimming (with our 9-month-old baby). We had a family of at least 4-5 kids. They got everyone out with a ugly, wet attitude. Instead of finding solutions because only 2 boys were disturbed, they sacrificed all their families with their babies and kids. If we had called in the morning and said the mixed pool was closed, we would have chosen to cancel and come back before experiencing all this. I wish the dedication to receiving the bourse was shown to the customers. And all this happened on March 8th, women’s day. We will never leave or recommend anyone after this time. There are plenty of thermal hotels, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We've booked 2 people massages and pancakes. She said we could pick up in 2 hours because we were 15 minutes late. We're not late for our enjoyment. We’re making a plan and coming. You can tolerate that too. Don’t forget to check your time when you prefer (!)

There are troubled employees on site!!!

The facilities are beautiful, but the attitude of the employees towards customers is unfriendly!!!!!
We checked into the property today first 2 people use a closet of items said the property was very crowded, how does it fit in the little closet of 2 pieces coming to the bath?????
There are 4 small rooms in the general bath, the rooms are called bowl room - massage room, the small rooms have 4 full rooms, those rooms should be empty!!! There were about 25-30 people in my hammam, and why would you take 10 bucket hammams with so many people !!!! We ran into an issue while washing up in one of the hot tubs, which was called “GET FAST HERE !!!!.” Then we had to wash up 6 people in a hot spring. I’m sure they’ll delete this review, but we’ll do our best to let everyone know. You’ll learn to be kind and kind to customers!!!! We asked for Turkish coffee, it was freezing, we asked for water half an hour later, if you don’t want to work in the service industry, please don’t do it.

A cozy place to visit

Weekends are usually quite busy, so Reservation ahead can be helpful. The spot’s general rates are positive, but some menu items may remain a bit higher than expected. However, the quality of service and taste of the dishes offered can balance this price difference.
The small treats the place offers are noteworthy too. It''s a nice touch, especially when water is served exclusively to guests at every entrance. I can say the staff is kind and helpful when Reservation with the spa. This positively impacts the overall experience.
