The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or JCB credit card. ( and 1.5% surcharge for all other card payments) Please note this property has a strict 'No Party Policy.' (No Party and No Smoking) (No smoking inside the bedroom and all common areas inside the building. False smoke alarm activation will incur $1,750 penalties payable by the guest for each incident.
