Gabrijela and Jana make this a Five Star
The hotel apartment is very conveniently located (only a seven minute walk or so to the church). I appreciated the light sensors that activate on motion, this made getting back to the room in the evening very safe and easy. It was also nice that the building had a well-functioning elevator for those who needed. The apartment itself was very adequate, and it was nice to have a refrigeration and kitchenette. I stayed during a less busy time of year, so because the units were mostly empty, it was very quiet. I imagine when they are full that the opening and closing of doors, noise from neighbors, etc. might be heard.
The reception staff, Garbrijela and Jana, were very kind and supportive. I appreciate the care and this alone made the stay worth five stars.
Note: I did buy the package that included meals at the Irish Centre restaurant. None of the food in Medjugorje is gourmet, so I had low expectations. The food at the Irish Centre was "acceptable" at best, but the absolutely poor service made the overall experience unpleasant (especially the young woman with black hair and who frequently dresses in black clothes). I skipped half the meals I paid for and opted to eat elsewhere.

Best place in Medjugorje
Just spent a great week in the Irish Centre, from 24th Aug. to 31st Aug. 2019 There was nothing they couldn't do for us, from the moment we arrived till the day we left. Beds were great, so comfortable and the pillows were just right. You know yourself that beds and pillows are always a source of contention, well , not here, there was never a problem with a nights sleep. Of course the rooms are all air - conditioned which made our stay more comfortable since it was on average 35 degrees each day. Service and staff were very complimentary , always polite, food was excellent and a wide choice on the menu for Breakfast and Dinner. I would like to Thank the management and staff of Irish Centre for making our stay so enjoyable.

Birthday Break
This place has very friendly, helpful and attentive staff, who seem more like friends really. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were so welcoming, and made us feel at home and relaxed. The food, and accommodation were very good, we will be going again!

Outstanding accomodation, food, staff & value for money!
There's a variety of apartments, from ensuite rooms with kitchenette in the bedroom up to suites with separate sitting/kitchen areas & some with balconies. Our group of 8 booked with breakfast included & we were delighted as there was such a good choice & all were excellent. We also had dinner here on a few occasions & certainly the steak was the most flavoursome in Medjugorje ! All of the staff were top class but Duca & Henry were outstanding ! We really hope that they will still be there when we visit again.

Family stay
I wanted to stay in Medjugorie for a month with my family. I was bringing 3 of my children with me- my youngest son is severely disabled he needs full care he is also in a wheelchair with dietary requirements. We went self catering which was perfect for us.We loved the Irish House. Staff were lovely the apartment was perfect spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfy. We were collected at the airport as soon as we arrived , our holiday was stress free.
My family and I would recommend these apartments. We hope to be back again.
