Please inform The Hazelton Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note the credit card used for booking must be presented at the time of check-in. Please contact the hotel to obtain the 3rd party authorisation form. Pet restrictions and fees to apply. Please contact the hotel directly for further pet details. Important information for guests with non-refundable reservations: All room nights booked will be charged to the credit card provided.
