Relaxed holidays in a former oil mill with polyglot hosts

A wonderful place, lovingly decorated, with warm hosts and the most delicious breakfast - ever. The vegetarian cuisine is a real inspiration and wishes are happily fulfilled. We are completely delighted and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We would gladly come again

A romantic stay in a small paradise

Here you end up in a small paradise that gives you an instant holiday feeling. You can count on cozy, charming rooms, a delicious breakfast, a fantastic (deep, but less good swimmers will be provided with some floating equipment) swimming pool that catches the sun at the right times and all kinds of atmosphere!

Complete & utter peace & quiet

We stayed in Studio Dani & were completely romanced by the generosity of space, peace and privacy. The kitchen isn't really for cooking in but was more than sufficient for the important things in life, like breakfast which we enjoyed everyday on the vast terrace overlooking the hills & the bathroom is extremely small - but again, perfectly sufficient - the bedroom & terrace more than made up for both of these. Anna is a gentle and welcoming host, she'd left some sandwichs in the fridge for our arrival & gave me some of the pomegrantes that she harvested from the tree that shades the main courtyard - other than that she pretty much left us alone. You def. need a car but you will be glad to escape the tourism that hugs the coast!

Peaceful seclusion close to Rethymnon

I was entirely satisfied with my stay in Studio Lito. Anna was welcoming and unintrusive. The kitchen was adequate for simple meals (e.g. scrambled eggs with zucchini). The bed is comfortable, the sitting area lovely, and I enjoyed the sitzbath as a change from the usual shower-only setup. I particularly enjoyed the private terrace that Studio Lito has, although the shared terrace with a small pool is also lovely.
The location is close to Rethymno and the main coast road, so it's easy to get around if you have a car (as I did). Anna provides some useful information on eating and sightseeing in the area, which was a good supplement to my guidebooks.
It was lovely to return here after a hard day's sightseeing to enjoy a glass of wine, the cool air and the rising moon.
